First, the national computer examination registration process:

1. Register for electronic test pass:

Candidates need to register a login pass to log in to the system for the first time. If candidates have a pass account, they can log in directly.

Candidates click the "User Registration" button and enter the corresponding registration information according to the webpage prompts to complete the registration.

If the user needs to change the password of the pass, he can follow the following steps:

(1) Open the website of ETEST Pass in a browser.

(2) Log in with the user's own account and password, and you can see the graphical interface after logging in successfully.

(3) Click the Change Password button and change the password according to the prompt.

2. Log in to the system:

Enter the account number, password and verification code correctly in the login box to log in to the system.

Step 3 register for the exam

(1) Read the registration agreement

Click the "Current Examination Time" menu in the left navigation bar to read the registration agreement, check the "Agree to Registration Agreement" check box, and click the "Agree" button to enter the next step; If you click the "Disagree" button, you can stop registering.

(2) Fill in the basic information

Fill in the relevant information. Information marked with a red "*" is required.

4, enter oneself for an examination subjects

(1) Candidates choose the test center first. After selecting a test center, all test subjects of the test center will be loaded.

(2) Select the test sites to apply for and check the subjects to apply for. Candidates must apply for at least one subject and at most three. If you apply for CET-4, please read the following evidence collection requirements carefully:

(1) Since 20 18, the examination center has cancelled the association between the second and third level certificates and can directly apply for the third level.

(2) There is a one-to-one correspondence between the four-level discipline names and the three-level discipline names, with the third level being "Technology" and the fourth level being "Engineer". Pass the CET-4 subject examination and (or at the same time) obtain the relevant certificate of CET-3.

After selecting a subject, the subjects that have entered the exam will be displayed below the subject list. After the examinee confirms that the basic information and the subject of the application are correct, check "I guarantee that the above information is true and accurate" and click "Submit the application information" to enter the next step.

Step 6 upload photos

After the examinee clicks the "Submit Application Information" button, a reminder box will pop up, prompting to upload photos. Click "OK" and then click "Upload Photo" button. Candidates must upload standard photos, otherwise the registration will be invalid.

7, photo specifications:

(1) The photo should be a recent bareheaded color photo of the candidate himself.

(2) Imaging requirements: the upper part of the imaging area is110, the head is 7/ 10, the shoulder is 1/5, and the left and right parts are110. The minimum size of the captured image is 192* 144 (height * width), and the imaging area is 48mm*33mm (height * width).

(3) File format requirements: it is required to be stored in jpg format, and the image file name is *.jpg.

(4) File size requirements: 20KB-200KB.

(5) Candidates should upload clear and upright photos of themselves, and are not allowed to upload side or inverted photos.

Candidates click the upload photo control, select the photos that meet the requirements, and click the "upload photo" button to preview the uploaded photos. To modify a photo, click the upload photo control, select another photo, and then click the Modify Photo button.

Second, the computer certificate application conditions:

1, computer level certification conditions

From March 20 18, you only need to reach the qualified line to get the license.

2, computer secondary certification conditions

Starting from the examination on March 20 19, the qualification conditions for adjusting the secondary language and database subjects (that is, other secondary subjects except advanced application of MS Office) are as follows: candidates with a total score of 60 and multiple-choice scores of 50% or above (that is, multiple-choice scores of 20 or above) can obtain qualification certificates.

3, computer three-level certification conditions

Since March 20 18, there are no restrictions on the corresponding secondary certificates. As long as the score reaches the qualified line, you can get a certificate.

4, computer level 4 certification conditions

Only when you have (or at the same time) obtained the relevant certificates of Level 3 and passed the examination of Level 4 subjects can you obtain the qualified certificate.

Third, the importance of computer research:
