7.5 Fault alarm: When the controller, fire detector, controller and components that transmit fire alarm signals fail, the fault location shall be correctly indicated;
7.6 Fire alarm priority function: When pre-alarm and fault signals are displayed, fire alarm signals should be displayed immediately if input; When the fault signal is displayed, if there is a pre-alarm signal input, the pre-alarm signal should be displayed;
7.7 Power conversion function: When the main power supply is cut off, the standby power supply should be able to automatically put into operation; When the main power supply is restored, it can automatically switch from the standby power supply to the main power supply state;

7.25 Except for the maintenance time, the fire main engine must be in the startup operation state;
7.26 Under general fault conditions, professional maintenance personnel should arrive at the site for maintenance within 1 hour; When a major fault occurs, full-time property management personnel should take corresponding measures in time for emergency treatment, and professional maintenance personnel should arrive at the scene for emergency repair within 30 minutes;
7.27 Supervise the professional fire maintenance company to do a good job in monthly, quarterly and annual inspection of fire-fighting equipment, and conduct spot check and inspection of system equipment according to the time period and the proportion of equipment quantity, covering all system equipment throughout the year;
7.28 Cooperate with professional fire fighting companies to formulate annual maintenance plan for fire fighting equipment and supervise its completion;
7.29 Formulate fire emergency plan and conduct a fire drill once a year.
