Writing format of proposal
1. Title: Write the title of the proposal in bold or large font at the top center of the paper or document, highlighting the theme or purpose of the proposal. 2. Date: Leave a blank line under the title, write down the date, and indicate the drafting date or submission date of the proposal. 3. Thank you: At the bottom of the date, write a thank-you letter for the proposal to express your gratitude and appreciation to the readers. 4. Introduction: After thanking, start the proposal with an introduction, outlining the background, purpose and importance of the initiative, attracting readers' attention and defining the objectives of the initiative. 5. Content: After the introduction, expand paragraph by paragraph and explain the content, reason and plan of the initiative in detail.
