Notes on day7 Training of Mingman Parent-child Reading Picture Book Reading Tutor

I learned the third part of teacher's parent-child reading tutor training, the cultivation of children's spatial thinking and its importance.

The cultivation of children's spatial thinking not only helps children to understand their own space well, but also helps children to learn mathematics and language expression in the future.

Different age groups cultivate children's thinking in different ways. We should choose the right way to train children according to the law of their development.

Recommend a picture book "Little Blue and Little Yellow" that can develop children's spatial thinking. Suitable for children of different ages to read by parents. For the baby in a small month, the mother can tell the baby the color and graphics, so that the baby can feel the difference between the color and graphics first. For older children, we let them say the colors themselves and feel the color changes. There are many directions to learn in the book, such as front and back, left and right, internal and external contrast, and size contrast. For example, on page 8 of the book, at school, they sit neatly in a row. We can tell children what is a line and what is a column. Then let the children judge the position of small blue or other colors.

There are many ways to exercise children's spatial thinking, which still need the guidance of our parents.
