Research Activities of Teacher Training Center of Tianjin University
Under the guidance of Beijing Center, Wuhan Center and North China Center of the Ministry of Education, the center has actively implemented the unified deployment of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Education, and played a positive role in promoting the healthy development of the network system of teacher training in colleges and universities. Under the direct leadership of the Personnel Department of Tianjin Education Commission, and with the strong support of the Personnel Department of Tianjin University, we will establish and improve the communication system of Tianjin university teachers' training, hold regular work meetings of university teachers' training liaison officers, and actively play the role of information dissemination, experience exchange, cooperation and common development. According to the unified arrangement of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Education, the Center actively participated in the "Special Investigation on the Construction of Teachers in Colleges and Universities", "Special Investigation on the Training of Teachers in Colleges and Universities" and "Special Investigation on the Pre-service Training of Teachers in Colleges and Universities", providing decision-making basis for the education administrative department to formulate the overall plan and macro policies for the construction of teachers in colleges and universities facing the 2 1 century. According to the needs of Tianjin Education Commission to strengthen the construction planning of college teachers, the Center organized and carried out "Special investigation on the construction of college teachers in Tianjin", "Special investigation on the leaders of key disciplines and reserve disciplines in Tianjin universities", "Special investigation on the training of management backbones in Tianjin universities", "Special investigation on the training of bilingual teachers in Tianjin universities" and "Special investigation on the training of public foreign language teachers in Tianjin universities" to strengthen Tianjin Education Commission. Based on the strategic concept of "training high-level talents at home", the center actively organizes universities in this city to actively apply for the project of "domestic visiting scholars for young backbone teachers in colleges and universities". Through active efforts, the city has become one of the provinces and cities where local universities undertake the project the most. At the same time, we also actively organize young and middle-aged backbone teachers in colleges and universities in our city to sign up for the "domestic visiting scholars" project. The center will also undertake the work of the secretariat of the Personnel Management Research Branch of Tianjin Higher Education Society, which can give full play to the role of coordination, guidance and exchange of services. As the office of teacher qualification accreditation in Tianjin, the center actively cooperates with the Personnel Department of Tianjin Education Commission to do a good job in teacher qualification accreditation, and seriously organizes the make-up examination of educational theory and Putonghua proficiency test for those who apply for teacher qualification accreditation. As the co-organizer of the Personnel Department of Tianjin Education Commission, the Center actively assists the management of young and middle-aged backbone teachers studying abroad in Tianjin universities and gives strong support to the work of higher authorities.

After years of hard work, all the staff of the center have forged the style of "diligence, pragmatism, unity and pioneering", paid attention to the study of political theory and business policies, paid attention to the self-construction of the team, and paid attention to the establishment of rules and regulations, which made the management of the center more standardized, the sense of service more enhanced, the responsibility of clean government more clear and the team construction more orderly. All the staff of the center are determined to make greater contributions to strengthening the construction of teaching staff in Tianjin universities and improving the social and economic benefits of Tianjin Normal University with their hard work and quality service.
