B. what subjects do engineers take for pilots? What's the New Year like for an engineer to be a pilot?
Generally speaking, engineers are not qualified to test pilots. According to national regulations, pilots must have a technical background in navigation. In other words, if the pilot meets the requirements and reaches a certain level, he can become a pilot and study marine engineering. I haven't heard that he can switch to being a pilot. thank you
C. Pilot test
Hello, in our country, if you want to be copied as an attack pilot, you must first contact the pilot institutions in various ports. After becoming a pilot, you must study with the ship for several years before you can take the pilot exam of each maritime bureau. A qualification certificate like yours generally requires more than three years' experience as an intern pilot. The exam won't be too difficult. It takes about 2 months of training and 8 exams.
D. How to test pilots
Being a captain first and having a safety record of 24 months is a new requirement of the Maritime Safety Administration. According to the requirements of your provincial maritime bureau.
E. can the third mate take the pilot test?

F. How can I become a pilot?
pilot
Specialized personnel engaged in leading a combined ship or sailing in a port channel. The driver of the class is responsible for the driving and manipulation of the sailboat. However, when a ship sails to a certain port or sea area, because the driver is unfamiliar with the situation in the area or according to the relevant local regulations, he should apply to the local competent department to appoint a pilot to board the ship to guide and manipulate the ship's navigation. Because the skills of pilots are directly related to the safety of ship navigation, all countries attach great importance to the qualifications of pilots and have formulated relevant legislation. For example, the Ministry of Communications of China promulgated the Regulations on Pilotage in Seaports, which clearly stipulated the qualifications, examinations, certification and classification of pilots. In China, pilots are divided into four levels: first, second and third level pilots and assistant pilots. First-class, second-class and third-class pilots must have a certain number of years of pilotage experience and pass the formal examination to obtain the corresponding pilot certificate.
G. What are the rules for ocean crew to test pilots?
You go online and search. There are regulations on the management of pilots.
H. Shenzhen pilot examination conditions
Pilots should test English, ship handling, ship collision avoidance, navigation AIDS, navigation channels, basic theory of pilotage, etc. The pilot must be the captain to register for the exam! He has the color of representing the country and providing leading services for ships.
I'm not a navigation major, and I want to take the pilot test! What should I do?
There are two kinds of employees in the pilot center. 1 is a professional pilot, who needs qualifications. He is either a captain, a first mate, a sailor with experience, or a student majoring in navigation, and then becomes an internship pilot. After several years of study and training, they can become pilots.
There is also a kind of scheduling, finance and the like, which requires a strong relationship to enter and does not necessarily require professional experience.
J. Do pilots need any tests or other requirements?
If you think the job of a pilot is easy, you are wrong. This is a profession that needs a sense of responsibility and security, and the risks of the profession are relatively high. Take the pilots on the Yangtze River as an example. No matter how many years they have been pilots, they dare not say that they only need to know the waterway on the Yangtze River. Face new situations and new challenges every day.
