1. Basic Requirements (1) The safety production management personnel of the production, management and storage units of dangerous goods and the mine construction units must undergo safety qualification training, pass the examination by the safety production supervision and management department or the relevant competent departments stipulated by laws and regulations, and obtain the safety qualification certificate before taking up their posts; (two) the safety production management personnel of other units must carry out safety production training in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state; (3) The safety production management personnel of each unit should be retrained in safety production every year. 2. The main contents of the training (1) are the national policies and laws, regulations, rules and standards related to safety in production; (2) Safety production management, safety production technology and occupational health knowledge. (3) Statistical reports of casualty accidents and investigation and handling methods of occupational hazards. (4) The contents and requirements of emergency management, emergency plan preparation and emergency disposal. (5) Advanced experience in safety production management at home and abroad. (6) Analysis of typical accidents and emergency rescue cases. (7) Other contents that need training. 3. Training time: the training time for safety qualification of safety production management personnel of dangerous goods production, management and storage units and mining and construction units shall not be less than 48 hours; The annual retraining time shall not be less than 16 hours. The training time of safety production management personnel of other units shall not be less than 32 hours; The annual retraining time shall not be less than 12 class hours. 4. Main contents of retraining The main contents of retraining are new knowledge, new technology and new skills, including: (1) laws, regulations, rules, standards and policies related to safety in production. (2) New technologies and knowledge for safe production. (3) Experience in safety production management. (4) Typical accident cases.
