Beijing Sport University, founded in August 1953, is directly under the State Sports General Administration, formerly known as the Central Institute of Physical Education, and its name appears on the national list of 21/universities. As the only sports university with all university names in China, it is remarkable. For more than 60 years, Beijing Sport University has been traveling with the whole country.

Shanghai Institute of Physical Education was founded in 1952 1 1, formerly East China Institute of Physical Education, and was the first sports university in China to be awarded master's and doctor's degrees. This school attaches great importance to scientific research. By 2020, it has invested nearly 100 million yuan in scientific research and won three national scientific and technological progress awards.

3. Wuhan Institute of Physical Education, founded in 1953, formerly known as Central South Institute of Physical Education, was founded in Nanchang, Jiangxi, and moved to Wuhan, Hubei on 1955. By the end of 20 1 1, the college had nine scientific research and training bases, including the national canoeing high-level talent base of the State Sports General Administration and the national gymnastics reserve talent training base.

Shenyang Institute of Physical Education, founded in 1954, formerly known as Northeast Institute of Physical Education, was approved by the State Sports General Administration and the Liaoning Provincial People's Government. The school has not only won many famous domestic champions, but also established exchange relations with more than 20 universities and sports organizations in more than a dozen countries and regions around the world.
