First, Guangdong Shaoguan health tea

Color and quality of Hong Ying: The products are divided into four colors: leaves, shreds, slices and tails, and each color contains several tea numbers of different grades in Chinese. Lingtou dancong tea, also known as dancong tea with white leaves. This tea tree variety was originally selected by tea farmers in Lingtou Village, Pingxi Town, Raoping County from the species of Phoenix Narcissus. Phoenix dancong tea is rich in substances, especially aromatic substances. During the Ninth Five-Year Plan period, the author studied and analyzed the main chemical components, aroma components and quality characteristics of Fenghuang dancong tea. The results are as follows: water extract is 39.07%, ether extract is 1 1.0 1%, tea polyphenols is 29.03%, catechu is 125.0 1mg/g, and amino acids are 2.08%.
