It is said that it was created by the ancient king of Siam. It is said that in A.D. 1560 (Thai Buddhist Calendar 2 103), there was a war between Myanmar and Siam. In a battle, King Nanison of Siam was captured. As a result, the King of Siam defeated his opponent with fierce kneecaps, kicks and elbows to win. King Siam returned to China and returned home as a hero. According to his own combat experience, he created a set of hand-to-hand combat skills on the battlefield and taught them to soldiers, and named them "Muay Thai", which is recognized as a national martial art and has been passed down to this day.

It is said that a warrior in Siam was the founder of Muay Thai. In a war between Myanmar and Siam, the warrior met a dozen Burmese soldiers with his bare hands and fought with Muay Thai, injuring all his opponents. After returning home, he was rewarded by the king and was asked to teach boxing and train soldiers.
