Vocational skills training refers to the necessary and standardized pre-job training for workers engaged in a certain occupation in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, with the aim of improving the skills and quality of workers and improving their working ability. Participate in vocational skills training, implement voluntary registration, choose their own majors, and participate in training in a full-time or non-full-time manner. After the training, according to the training objectives, the national vocational qualification appraisal institution will organize the skill assessment, and those who pass the training will be awarded the national vocational qualification certificate, namely the People's Republic of China (PRC) Vocational Qualification Certificate, as a certificate for finding a job and realizing employment in the future.
