Application conditions for senior emergency rescue personnel (meet one of the following conditions): after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of emergency rescue personnel of this major, they have been engaged in this major for more than 3 years continuously, and have been trained by senior emergency rescue personnel of this major to reach the required standard hours, and have obtained the certificate of completion; Having obtained the professional qualification certificate of the professional emergency rescue personnel, and having been engaged in the professional work for more than 5 years; Engaged in related professional work for more than 7 years.

Primary emergency rescue certificate (with one of the following conditions): (1) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of emergency rescue personnel (senior) of this major, he has been engaged in this major for more than 4 years, and has reached the required standard hours after the training of emergency rescue personnel of this major, and has obtained the certificate of completion. (2) Having been engaged in this occupation for more than 6 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of this occupation emergency rescuer (senior).
Intermediate emergency rescue certificate (with one of the following conditions) (1) has been trained by emergency rescue personnel of this major to reach the required standard hours and obtained a certificate of completion. (two) engaged in related professional work for more than 2 years. (3) Retired soldiers with relevant professional knowledge and practical experience in public security, fire fighting and armed police.
Advanced emergency rescue certificate (meeting one of the following conditions): (1) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of emergency rescue personnel of this major, he has been engaged in this major for more than 3 years continuously, and has reached the required standard hours after the (advanced) training of emergency rescue personnel of this major, and has obtained the certificate of completion. (two) after obtaining the intermediate vocational qualification certificate, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years.
