Langer Education Group was founded by Mr. Liu Changyan, a 20-year-old IELTS student, and officially completed on 1999. Headquartered in Shanghai, Langer Education Group is one of the largest IELTS and new TOEFL training bases in China. At present, there are at least 50 campuses in 30 cities including Shanghai, Beijing, Nanjing, Wuxi and Kunming, forming a perfect national teaching service network.

Today, Langge Education Group has five well-known education brands, namely Langge Training Center, which leads IELTS and new TOEFL training; Langge International Youth English Training Center, which focuses on international education operation and management; Eurostyle Training Center, which is rich and mature in small language training; and Langge International Youth English Training Center, which focuses on youth education of 3- 1 1 age group.
