Do licensed western pharmacists need further education?
Licensed western pharmacists must continue their education. From the second year of obtaining the certificate, licensed western pharmacists need to continue their education every year and complete the required credits. The continuing education of licensed pharmacists is divided into professional subjects and public compulsory subjects, in which professional subjects need to complete 20 credits and 60 hours each year, and public compulsory subjects need to complete 10 credits and 30 hours each year.

Professional subject learning mode:

You can choose the following methods independently. If you pass the exam, you will be awarded credits, which is valid nationwide.

1. Demonstration network training of Chinese Pharmacists Association;

2. Various business trainings organized by provincial (practicing) pharmacists associations or institutions recognized by drug regulatory authorities;

3. On-the-job education (degree) of pharmacy related majors;

4, other ways recognized by the provincial (practicing) pharmacists association.
