(1) Having China nationality;

(2) Abiding by the Constitution and laws;

(3) Having good moral conduct and adapting to the physical conditions of the post;

(4) Having the professional or skill requirements required for the recruitment position;

(5) Under the age of 40 (born after July 4th,1979);

(6) Having other qualifications required for the recruitment position (see Annex 1 for details). Some positions require "double first-class" construction college graduates (referring to "first-class university" graduates and "first-class discipline" construction college graduates; Directional training students, entrusted training students, correspondence students and graduates of independent colleges in "double first-class" universities are not allowed to apply; See Annex 2 for a detailed list of "Double First-class" universities.

For the fresh graduates in 2020 and the college graduates who have not completed their work units during their career choice period (20 18 and 20 19), the phased measures of "taking up their posts first and then conducting textual research" will be implemented for their teacher qualifications. College graduates who meet the requirements of teacher qualification examination registration and teacher qualification recognition for ideological and political quality, Putonghua level and physical condition can take up their posts to engage in education and teaching-related work before taking the examination.

Graduates who have a work unit and are oriented or entrusted to apply for the exam must obtain the consent of the work unit or the oriented or entrusted training unit. Persons who have received criminal punishment and been expelled from public office, non-fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities, active servicemen and those who are not allowed to be employed by laws and regulations cannot apply for jobs, and non-fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities cannot apply for jobs on the condition of their academic degrees.

The applicant shall meet the relevant requirements for epidemic prevention and control (see Annex 3 for specific requirements).

Candidates are not allowed to apply for positions that should be avoided in the Regulations on the Avoidance of Personnel Management in Institutions (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2065 438+09] 1No.).
