At a special stage, I can conduct online training. In particular, I look forward to the training meeting of Chinese textbooks for the third grade of primary school compiled by expert teachers. I am really lucky to have a heart-to-heart communication with these experts. The two teachers gave detailed explanations from intensive reading, skimming, ancient poetry, oral communication, exercises, after-school problems and oral communication classroom cases. Have a deeper understanding of the teaching materials.
1. When preparing lessons, we should grasp the teaching materials as a whole and study the teaching materials carefully, including the treatment of teaching materials, the treatment of important and difficult points and the treatment of different class types. To achieve a certain teaching goal, we should start with the difficulties and give students some comprehensive study or observation assignments as early as possible. After-class questions take precedence. First, you have to learn the full text with your own questions.
2. The compilation of Chinese textbooks for primary schools adopts the double-line structure of humanistic theme and Chinese literacy. As the new curriculum standard says, Chinese is the unity of instrumentality and humanism, and humanism is to cultivate students' Chinese cultural accomplishment, cultivate their sentiment and enrich their spiritual world.
Instrumentality means that Chinese is a tool for people to communicate, speak and write. Speaking and writing are based on words, sentences and paragraphs, so the training in this area is spiraling. The two teachers also talked about the theme of each unit and the Chinese elements before the unit, that is, how to learn this unit and what to learn. Sometimes I didn't know what to teach before, but this training expert pointed me in the direction. As long as there is a theme, the direction is clear.
Skimming the text has been arranged since the third grade. Intensive reading, skimming and extracurricular reading are trinity reading systems. They all undertake different functions, such as intensive reading learning, skimming application, happy reading, making extracurricular reading courses, guiding students to read a lot, and promoting students' reading ability.
In previous teaching, I also said that students were allowed to read, but I didn't pay special attention to students' reading. Through this training and the concept of Chinese, I know that we should pay more attention to students' reading and our own reading.
4. Experts also shared with us some excellent practices and cases of their team. In my own teaching, I will also try some new and better methods suitable for the students in this class.
This time, I feel that I will study all my life. If I want to give the students a glass of water, I must keep running. I must cherish every training and learning opportunity to enrich myself and improve myself. Every training is really a physical and mental journey.
