The school was formerly known as feng tian No.4 Normal School, which was established in 19 14. 1978 was divided into Jinzhou Normal College and Jinzhou No.1 Normal School. From 65438 to 0996, the two schools merged into Jinzhou Normal College; 200 1 Liaoning Radio and TV University Jinzhou Branch and Jinzhou Staff University were merged into the school one after another.
