The responsibilities of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau are as follows:
1, responsible for the recruitment, examination, title examination and evaluation of personnel in institutions within its jurisdiction, and managing salary evaluation and personnel entry and exit;
2, responsible for the recruitment, training, management, salary assessment and appointment and removal of civil servants within the jurisdiction;
3, responsible for the recruitment, training, management, salary evaluation, examination, assessment, appointment and removal of professional and technical personnel, skilled personnel and rural practical talents within the jurisdiction. ;
4, responsible for the development of human resources management and social security policies, establish and improve the public employment service system;
5, responsible for the formulation and evaluation of the administrative units and enterprises and institutions within the jurisdiction of the endowment insurance policy system, including endowment insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, work injury insurance, maternity insurance;
6, responsible for the administrative and public institutions within the jurisdiction of the staff incentives, bonus system, assessment work;
7. Be responsible for labor contract disputes, dispute arbitration and case mediation of enterprises and institutions within their jurisdiction.
