In recent years of teaching, I have been exploring teaching methods, constantly trying to change the traditional teaching methods, and gradually have a little understanding of the new teaching model (project learning). As a part of the new curriculum, research-based learning has some characteristics. First of all, it has a major problem. Under the guidance of this main problem, students can collect information to form groups, find resources and finally solve the problem according to the requirements of the problem.

1. Project-based learning helps students feel and experience mathematics, links mathematics with real life, truly applies what they have learned, explains the phenomena in life with mathematical knowledge, and improves our quality of life.

For example, when studying the chapter "Probability" in the next semester of eighth grade mathematics in Hunan Education Edition, because our school is in the countryside, the phenomenon of parents buying underground Mark Six lottery tickets is still quite serious, so I designed a research topic to let students know the concept and significance of probability in the research topic, which has received good results.

The experience gained from the research (4) The progress and development of society have brought great material wealth, but the increase of material wealth has not kept pace with the improvement of people's ideological and moral level and psychological literacy.

On the contrary, in today's highly developed material civilization, people's psychological problems are increasingly prominent. Facing the problem of juvenile delinquency has become a public hazard in the world, especially with the increase of the number of only-child groups, the complexity of family problems and the acceleration of the update of modern concepts, mental health education has become a new topic in school education, and it is a means and an effective way to help students correctly handle their study, life, job selection and interpersonal relationships and cultivate a sound personality.

In order to effectively improve students' psychological quality, realize students' all-round development and implement the goal of mental health education, xxx launched a special study on mental health education in 20xx, and established a psychological counseling center, a psychological counseling room and a mental environment mailbox.

With the care of leaders, the guidance of experts and the support and cooperation of the class teacher, this project can be carried out smoothly and successfully. During the development of this subject, the following work has been completed:

I. Training teachers

On the one hand, through purchasing, borrowing and searching, information is collected and distributed to relevant teachers to improve their theoretical level and consulting skills; On the other hand, invite relevant experts and senior teachers to train our teachers. In view of the closest relationship between the head teacher and the students, the training of the head teacher should be strengthened.

The main task of the psychological counseling room is to receive visiting students, exchange ideas with them, guide them to vent their emotions reasonably, find out their knots, and find solutions to problems on the basis of helping them analyze problems.

In order to protect the interests of students, our center has formulated strict rules and regulations, such as class attendance system and confidentiality system, so as to make the analysis scientific and accurate. Psychometric scales are used, including interpersonal relationship scale, temperament scale and Cattell 16PF scale. For visiting students, our center has established personal files, and now the personal files have exceeded 100.

In addition, the psychological counseling center used the Cattell 16PF scale to sample and measure all the students in the school, scientifically classified and filed special cases, and obtained a lot of first-hand information.

In the process of receiving visitors, we found that students do have psychological problems to varying degrees. Due to the limited center conditions, we take more measures to communicate with students, give them encouragement and confidence, and some even contact their class teachers and parents to care for and help this classmate.

Third, summarize the topic in time.

Teachers participating in this project should summarize the project every semester, including theoretical study, learning experience, writing papers, case analysis, etc., and strengthen the combination of theory and practice.

Four. Other activities

According to the physiological and psychological characteristics of junior high school students, our school will hold a "adolescent health lecture for boys and girls" every academic year to let them know more about themselves and prevent some immoral illegal and criminal acts.

Discipline infiltration. In the process of ideological and moral education, combined with the contents of teaching materials, students are consciously educated in ideological and moral education and mental health, so as to cultivate their strong will, strong self-esteem and self-confidence, optimistic personality and noble sentiments.

Environmental edification. Our school uses wall newspapers, blackboard newspapers, special issues, movies, multimedia and other ways to optimize the campus environment, imperceptibly infecting, edifying and purifying students' minds.

Using the weekly class meeting activities, the class teacher combines the things in the class to carry out purposeful education. According to the situation of individual students, communicate with them and educate them.

The psychological counseling center has set up an environmentally-friendly mailbox for counselors to communicate with visitors, compiled briefings and windows with the theme of mental health, and founded a special psychological issue-mental health and psychological counseling.

In view of the above work, as a researcher of this topic, I want to talk about my feelings:

3. The training method is single, and the theoretical study is not systematic and perfect.

Participants' training is mainly realized through regular meetings and self-study, which is inevitable to become superficial. The unsystematic theoretical books lead to the low professional level of consultants, which greatly restricts the further development of counseling centers and is not conducive to the scientific counseling.

Through the development of this topic, we can understand the main psychological problems of middle school students now and start to solve these problems, so that some problems can be solved and students' trust can be gained. Students' psychological problems are mainly manifested as follows:

(1) Learning-related problems: manifested as great learning pressure, weariness of learning, fear of exams, etc.

(2) Interpersonal relationship: manifested in the relationship with teachers, classmates and parents. The relationship with teachers mainly focuses on mutual understanding between teachers and students. The relationship with classmates mainly focuses on not making friends or making friends carelessly. The relationship with parents is mainly due to the lack of understanding and communication between parents and children, or the mental harm caused by disharmony in family relations to students.

Although this project is over, the task of mental health education for middle school students has a long way to go. We should continue to pay attention to the mental health of middle school students with full enthusiasm, help them patiently, make them grow up healthily, and make mental health education really play its practical significance.
