The online training colleges for enterprises and institutions vigorously develop high-end systematic continuing education with academic education as the carrier. In 2002, in cooperation with the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the College launched the earliest Master of Accounting Program for Senior Accountants (EMPAcc) in China. In 2003, the College cooperated with Arizona State University to launch the Finance and Finance executive master of business administration Program (EMBA). In 2005, MPAcc was established in cooperation with Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. On 20 1 1 year, the college was approved by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee as a master's degree awarding unit. 20 13, EMBA and EMPAcc were certified by the Ministry of education. It has formed an echelon training mode of senior financial talents, which is "EMBA program trains CEO proficient in financial affairs"-"EMPACC program trains CFO"-"MPACC, Maud and MIM program trains future CFO and senior manager". By the end of 20 13, the college had organized degree program 5 1 class and enrolled 2752 students.

Curriculum and teachers
Project * * * offered 8 compulsory courses and 9 elective courses, and obtained the MBA certificate of Arizona State University and the qualification training certificate of CFO of Shanghai National Accounting Institute. In order to ensure the high quality of the project, the two sides selected the most outstanding professors in related fields around the world, who came from Yale University, Cornell University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Pennsylvania State University, Washington University and other top universities. They not only have doctoral degrees from famous universities in Europe and America, rich teaching experience, but also have valuable experience in participating in global successful corporate consulting or government consulting.

Since the first phase of enrollment in 2003, the project has enrolled 17 classes, with a total of 1033 students. The students in the project are of high level, coming from banks, securities, insurance and other financial institutions in 22 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises and outstanding private enterprises, as well as Hongkong, Taiwan Province, Singapore, Malaysia and other regions and countries. More than 60% of the students are in senior management. The average age of the trainees is 42 years old, the average working years are 18 years, and the average working years of management classes are 14 years, with rich practical experience.

Master of management MIM
On 20 1 1 year, the College and Arizona State University continued to deepen their cooperation and jointly launched the Master of Management Program (MIM). The project teachers are mainly senior professors of Arizona State University. At the same time, famous professors from Chinese mainland, Hongkong and Taiwan Province are invited to give lectures. Combined with China's national conditions and the practice of large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, this paper makes in-depth discussions to ensure the quality of personnel training.
Master of Professional Accounting for Senior Accountant
In 2002, the Institute cooperated with the School of Business Administration of the Chinese University of Hong Kong to launch the Master of Accounting Program for Senior Accountants (EMPAcc), which is dedicated to cultivating "China CFO with world-class standards". This project is the earliest degree program organized by our college and the first professional accounting master's degree program in China.
Curriculum and teachers
The project curriculum pays equal attention to theory and practice, and focuses on cultivating students' ability to apply the latest international economic, financial and accounting concepts and methods to practice. Awarded a master's degree in professional accounting from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a training certificate for the qualification of chief financial officer from Shanghai National Accounting Institute. 70% of the teachers in the project are senior professors of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. They all received their doctorates in North America and have many years of experience in corporate consulting and professional manager training. The rest of the teachers are from Shanghai National Accounting Institute, or well-known professors from business schools at home and abroad, and elites from Chinese mainland government and practice.

After more than ten years of development, EMPAcc project has trained a large number of senior financial management talents for China. Up to now, the project has started 14, and * * * has enrolled 9 15 students. According to students' statistics, more than 50% of the students have taken the post of chief financial officer or corporate executive, and 40% are financial managers or other types of senior managers. They work in a wide range of industries and regions, including manufacturing, service, finance, medicine, real estate and other industries, from 27 provinces and cities including Hongkong and Taiwan Province Province. The average age of the trainees is 37 years, and the average working years are 15 years.

At the end of 2003, the State Council Academic Degrees Committee and Ministry of Education approved the establishment of Master of Professional Accounting (MPAcc). In March 2005, the MPAcc project jointly trained by Shanghai National Accounting Institute and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics completed the enrollment of 50 students in the first phase. Up to now, * * * has enrolled 577 students in nine phases, and the students are located in most provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government. On 20 1 1 year, the college was approved by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee as a master's degree awarding unit (enrollment code: 80402). In the same year, the college was officially approved to independently carry out on-the-job MPAcc training.
Curriculum and teachers
The project courses are offered according to the syllabus of master of professional accounting, and a wealth of elective courses are offered in combination with the advantages of the college. The selection of project teachers is not limited to the teachers of Shanghai National Accounting Institute, but integrates the most authoritative scholars, industry elites and government officials in related fields according to the curriculum, integrates domestic and foreign teacher resources, and forms a unique teaching team. The project teacher not only knows China's national conditions well, but also has the experience of studying and further studying in famous schools in Asia, North America and Europe. Complete the required courses within the specified time, complete the required credits, complete the thesis writing and pass the thesis defense, and Shanghai National Accounting Institute awarded the Master of Professional Accounting (MPAcc) Certificate uniformly printed by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee Office. National accounting leading (reserve) talent training project
In order to speed up the training of senior accounting talents and improve the talent structure of accounting industry, the Ministry of Finance launched the national accounting leading talent training project in 2005. This project aims to build a cross-century accounting industry leader in China and cultivate a group of high-quality compound accounting leaders who are proficient in business, good at management, familiar with international practices, and have international vision and strategic thinking. By the end of 20 13, the college * * * had enrolled 8 national leading classes of enterprise accounting, one national leading class of accounting in administrative institutions 1 person, and * * * had enrolled 44 students1person. 20 10 the students of the first national leading class of enterprise accounting graduated smoothly.
The training period of accounting leading training class is 6 years, which is divided into 3 assessment periods. A quantitative assessment and elimination system is implemented at each stage. In addition to completing intensive study within the prescribed class hours, students also need to publish papers and apply for research topics, and complete the prescribed reading list and write reading reports in their spare time. In addition, participation in high-level forums, extracurricular exchanges and discussions, and work performance are all included in the assessment scope. After six years of intensive study such as "devil training", 50 students published 340 papers, undertook 250 projects, wrote 750 reading notes, and published a collection of essays with considerable reference value-Chunhua Collection. Some students won national honorary titles such as the National May 1 Labor Medal and the National Senior Accountant. Forty-seven students who graduated from the second phase published 188 papers, undertook 150 projects and won 56 national and provincial honors.

Cultivation of Leading (Reserve) Talents of Local Accounting
The cultivation of leading accounting talents in China has stimulated the demand for leading accounting talents in various regions of China. The College actively meets the urgent needs of the provinces to train leading accountants, and has successively cooperated with the financial departments (bureaus) of Guangxi, Anhui, Shandong, Jiangxi, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Hunan, Chongqing, Hainan, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Taizhou, Zhoushan, Liuzhou and Qingdao in various forms. Quality improvement project of chief accountant
In order to improve the ability and quality of the chief accountant of large and medium-sized enterprises and institutions (including the financial director who exercises the duties of chief accountant), and further improve the management level and international competitiveness of large and medium-sized enterprises and institutions in China, on the basis of the training of the chief accountant of the former state-owned enterprises, the Ministry of Finance started the post quality improvement project of the chief accountant in 20 13. This is another national high-end training project of the Ministry of Finance after the training project of accounting leading talents. The project aims to cultivate a team of chief accountants with global strategic vision, management innovation ability and high sense of social responsibility, and promote sound and rapid economic and social development.

The college also directly provides professional and high-quality open courses for middle and senior managers of enterprises, financial institutions, administrative institutions and intermediaries to better meet the more personalized needs of financial elites. Through continuous efforts, the college has formed a series of mature and open courses, such as the training scheme of chief financial officer, financial analysis and decision-making of enterprise executives, enterprise strategy and corporate governance, game theory and business wisdom, budget management of enterprise executives, enterprise merger and acquisition, internal control and internal audit. As a continuing education base established by China government, National Accounting Institute shoulders the important mission of improving the overall professional quality of accountants and cultivating talents for the western development. To this end, the college vigorously develops distance education and provides high-quality training courses for the majority of grassroots accountants and economic management talents in the western region by taking advantage of the low cost and wide coverage of the network.
