R&D Department of Wuhan Personnel Testing Center: It is mainly responsible for researching, expanding and undertaking domestic and international examination agency business, studying the development of personnel testing, talent assessment and examination evaluation methods at home and abroad, organizing cooperation and exchanges with relevant institutions, and formulating medium-and long-term development plans of the center and other related work.

Proposition Department of Wuhan Personnel Testing Center: It is mainly responsible for the compilation and proposition organization of relevant professional and technical qualification examination syllabus and examination books, paper design, final proofreading, subjective examination paper marking standard formulation, qualification examination paper analysis, question bank construction and other related work, as well as the specific work of relevant professional and technical qualification examination expert committees.

Examination Office of Wuhan Personnel Examination Center: mainly responsible for the examination management of paper-and-pencil examination and related examinations for professional and technical qualifications, the collection, daily statistical analysis and development management of examination information for qualification examinations, the proposal of examination qualification standards, the management of relevant examination business data, the formulation of examination rules and technical specifications, the supervision and inspection of examination style and discipline, and the printing and management of qualification examination papers.

Information Technology Department of Wuhan Personnel Examination Center: mainly responsible for the software requirements, development, use and management of electronic examination for professional and technical personnel, undertaking the organization and implementation of electronic examination for professional and technical personnel, responsible for the construction of personnel examination network and the management, update and security of information, drawing up equipment configuration scheme, and coordinating the purchase, maintenance and management of equipment.

Wuhan Personnel Testing Center's Civil Service Examination and Talent Evaluation Section: mainly responsible for the specific daily work of the civil service recruitment examination of the central state administrative organs, carrying out various examination evaluation services for the society, organizing the development of examination question bank, popularizing talent evaluation software, and managing the team of talent evaluation and socialized examination experts.
