According to Article 39 of the Consumer Protection Law, there are five ways to solve consumer disputes, and consumers can choose independently:
(a) negotiated settlement with the operator;
(2) Requesting consumers' associations to mediate;
(three) to appeal to the relevant administrative departments;
(four) according to the arbitration agreement reached with the operator to submit an application for arbitration to the arbitration institution;
(5) bring a lawsuit to the people's court.
