(2) On-site first aid
1) If the electrocuted person is unconscious and his heart is still breathing, in this case, the electrocuted person should keep quiet and don't move around. If the heart is still beating and breathing is still going on, but the electrocuted person has lost consciousness, then the electrocuted person should lie on his back, unbutton his clothes, open the window, keep warm, or rub his whole body to keep warm.
2) If the electric shock victim's heart is still beating and breathing has stopped, mouth-to-mouth or mouth-to-mouth artificial respiration should be adopted for rescue.
3) If the electric shock victim's heart has stopped beating and breathing has stopped, he should be sent to the hospital as soon as possible, and "mouth-to-mouth" artificial respiration and "chest compression" should be used for rescue on the way to the hospital. Attention should be paid to on-site rescue: don't hit your arm, don't give cold water and wooden boards to those who get an electric shock, and don't rush after being rescued.
(3) Send to hospital for treatment. After on-site rescue, people who get an electric shock are usually sent to the hospital for examination and treatment. Severe cases must be sent to hospital for treatment in time. Key points of electric shock first aid:
① Turn off the switch quickly and cut off the power supply.
(2) Use insulation to pick up or cut off live items such as wires, lamps and sockets.
③ Keep the respiratory tract unblocked.
④ Call 120 immediately.
⑤ When breathing and heartbeat stop, perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation immediately and stick to it for a long time.
⑥ Properly handle local electric burn wounds.
