Classify what is needed and not needed in the workshop site, discard or dispose of what is not needed, and manage what is needed.
The purpose is to make room, improve and increase the working area; There are no sundries on the site, the streets are unobstructed, and the work efficiency is improved; Flexible use of space to prevent misuse and accidental delivery; Create a refreshing workplace and improve work mood.
Finishing can make the following rules:
1. Waste products and wastes in the workshop should be treated, put into storage or transported away from the site within days.
2. The repaired products produced by the team should be repaired in time and stored in the team for no more than two days to avoid confusion between defective products and qualified products.
3. The products returned by users should be handled in time. If there is no time to deal with it temporarily, it should be stored in a temporary warehouse, not piled up on the production site.
4. The packaging of foreign products should be dismantled in time, and the goods should be neatly stacked. Too many (packaged) processed products should not be piled up on the job site.
5. Qualified parts and products shall be put into storage in time after being confirmed by the inspector, and shall not be stored in the team for more than one day.
6. Scrapped fixtures, measuring tools and mechanical equipment shall be evacuated from the site and stored in the designated place.
7. The picking time shall not exceed two days, and unnecessary materials and parts are not allowed to be stored in the workshop.
8. Work garbage (waste packaging boxes, waste packaging boxes, waste plastic bags) and domestic garbage should be cleaned up to the bathroom in time.
9. Personal articles for daily use (food, tableware, bags, cosmetics, towels, sanitary articles, books and newspapers, clothes and shoes) in the windowsill, equipment, workbench and turnover box should be removed from the site.

Second, rectify:
After finishing, the necessary items left at the scene are sorted and placed neatly. The storage of articles should be fixed-point, constant-volume, quantitative and effective, so as to obtain the required articles at the fastest speed and complete the operation under the most effective rules and regulations and workflow.
The following rules can be formulated for rectification:
1. The workshop shall draw the site "Fixed Location Management Map".
2. The workshop classifies and numbers all kinds of equipment, tools and appliances.
3. Waste products and wastes should be stored in designated waste areas and waste areas.
4. Unqualified products, products to be inspected and repaired products should be distinguished from qualified products, and the turnover box should be clearly marked.
5. The turnover box should be placed on the shelf or the turnover car, and the turnover box and parts should not be placed on the equipment.
6. The containers of parts, semi-finished products and finished products processed by the operator must be clearly marked (delivery note, transfer card), indicating the product name, quantity, operator and production date.
7. Handling turnover tools (cranes, trailers, lift trucks and turnover trucks) shall be stored in designated places and shall not occupy the passage.
8. Tools (pliers, screwdriver, soldering iron, access meter), station appliances (turnover box, turnover car, spare parts box), rags, mops, packaging boxes, alcohol, etc. After use, it should be put back in time.
9. Parts, materials, tooling and work station instruments are arranged according to the frequency of use and weight and volume, which facilitates the use and storage of articles and improves work efficiency.
10. Employees' stools shall not be placed at will, and all stools shall be aligned with the machine feet after work.

Third, clean:
Clean the workplace, so that the production site is always in a clean state without garbage and dust. When the equipment is abnormal, repair it immediately to make it return to normal. Remove sundries and keep the workplace clean and bright, because the messy site will reduce the accuracy of equipment, increase the failure rate and affect the quality of products. Dirty working environment will also affect employees' working mood and reduce work efficiency.
Cleaning can make the following rules:
1. "Workshop team cleaning responsibility area" shall be established in the workshop, and implemented to the specific responsible person of the team.
2. Keep the ground, equipment, mold, workbench, workstation appliances and windowsill free of dust, oil and garbage.
3. Parts and wastes falling to the ground should be handled in time, and the packaging and boxes of outsourced finished products should be cleaned up during production.
4. When not working in the team responsibility area, clean up the work site in time after work.
5. After equipment maintenance, the maintenance personnel shall assist the operators to clean up the site and put away their own tools.
6. Each team should take dust-proof and moisture-proof measures for raw materials, components and products circulating in the workshop, and cover or cushion them with plastic bags.
7. After work, all employees' trash cans should be cleaned.

Fourth, clean:
Institutionalize and standardize the clean-up and rectification work, and conduct regular inspections and assessments. Cleaning is the persistence and deepening of the first three activities, thus eliminating the root causes of safety accidents. Create a good working environment and let employees work happily. The workshop environment should not only be neat, but also clean and hygienic, so as to ensure the health of workers and improve their enthusiasm for work. Workers should also do their own cleaning work, such as clean work clothes, neat appearance, immediate haircut, shaving, manicure and bathing. Workers should not only be neat in appearance, but also "clean" in spirit, treat people with courtesy and respect others.
Cleaning can make the following rules:
1. Each group carries out simple daily sorting activities every day 15 minutes before work.
2. Each team should carry out weekly rectification activities 30 minutes before going to work on the last working day of each week.
3. Each team should conduct a thorough sorting, rectification and cleaning activity at 1 before leaving work on 27th of each month.
4. The workshop should check the responsibility area of each team every day according to the 5S assessment form of each team, and make corresponding records as one of the basis for evaluating the performance of each team.
5. The workshop summarizes the implementation of 5S in each team last month at 1 every month, and announces the results of 5S assessment in each team this month.
6. According to the labor management system of the workshop, the workshop will punish the teams and individuals who are unqualified for 5S activities.

V. Literacy:
Literacy is to improve employees' civilized and polite level, enhance team awareness, develop good work habits and work style according to regulations. Literacy is the core of 5S activities. Only when the quality of employees is improved can all activities be carried out smoothly. Therefore, to carry out 5S activities, we should always pay attention to and improve the quality of employees.
Literacy can make the following rules:
1. Stick to 5S activities every day to achieve the expected results.
2. Learn and train all kinds of rules and regulations of the company and department for each team member.
3. Strictly abide by the company's management rules and regulations.
4. Comply with various management systems in the workshop, including workflow, labor discipline, safety production, equipment management, workstation equipment management, turnover handling management, and salary management.
5. Wear work clothes during working hours and pay attention to your image.
6. No spitting and spitting, and no littering with paper towels and sundries.
7. Take care of the public environment, consciously clean the toilet, wash basin and sink after use, and don't throw away the leftovers at will.
8. The workshop team members are selected once a year, and excellent employees are reported to the company to give certain rewards. The contents of the assessment are mainly four aspects: personal morality (professionalism, sense of responsibility and moral code of conduct), diligence (work attitude), ability (technical ability, efficiency and quality of completing tasks, error rate) and performance (work performance, whether creative work can be carried out).
