Each class is equipped with a children's nap room, a special toilet for children, as well as tape recorders, televisions, disinfection cabinets, air conditioners and other equipment. The park also has a multi-functional activity room (children's reading room), a music room (dance room), a health care room, a conference room (teachers' reading room), a director's room (parents' reception room) and a kitchen. There are 7 teaching classes, with 243 children and 22 teaching staff, including full-time teachers 16, and the qualified rate of full-time teachers 100%.

In recent years, under the direct care and guidance of the County Education Bureau, Qian School District and Xin 'an Town Party Committee and Government, we have conscientiously implemented the spirit of the Regulations and actively implemented the new syllabus. In order to create an educational environment corresponding to modern preschool education, we should establish the concept of "high starting point, high quality, modernization and innovation" at the beginning of investing in the kindergarten, and build a kindergarten with reasonable layout, beautiful environment, complete functions, beautiful appearance and childlike interest. Since the establishment of the park, it has been equipped with reading rooms, televisions, VCDs, organ, stereos, air conditioners, computers and other equipment, and has purchased modern office equipment, a large number of teaching AIDS for children of various sizes and kindergarten books for teachers. From the beginning, we actively explored the management mode suitable for the park, learned from the advanced management experience of other kindergartens, set up the board of directors, and successively set up the garden affairs committee, parents' committee, food management committee, safety work leading group, trade union, parents' school and other organizations, formulated and improved rules and regulations, played its due role, managed the whole park scientifically, standardized and democratically, and formed a management network with smooth management and timely feedback. All the teaching staff have clear responsibilities, tacit cooperation and harmonious relationship, forming an excellent garden style of unity, pragmatism and diligence.

We have established and improved the routine management system of education security, and paid special attention to the four links of planning, implementation, inspection and summary. At the beginning of the school year, according to the service objectives of the park, make the service plan of the park. Through on-the-job training, pairing between teachers and apprentices in the park, pairing interaction outside the park, going out and inviting in, our park cultivates teachers' teaching support ability and teaching and scientific research ability in many ways, and promotes teachers to have more opportunities for learning, practice and exercise in many ways. Every semester, some teachers in our park are sent to senior kindergartens to learn from the scriptures, and have visited, studied and trained in Lingxi, Longgang and Wenzhou. And invited the county bureau to come to our garden to guide the teaching and research work. Our park has also been paired with the story kindergarten in Ku Town in our school district for a long time, learning from each other, learning from each other's strengths and developing together.

We pay attention to the daily management of teaching guarantee. In the process of urging teachers to implement various plans, we require each teacher to write notes on teaching support and make relevant records. We also require every teacher to have a good teaching and research class every semester and hold a children's exhibition for parents. Attach great importance to kindergarten safety work, establish and improve the safety system, and implement the safety responsibility system at all levels. Pay attention to carrying out teaching and research activities and carry out teaching reform. At the same time, it has really established the idea of serving parents, respecting parents and actively keeping in touch with parents. Every semester, half-day activities are open to parents, class parents' meetings are held, regular home visits are made to learn about children's situation at home, parenting methods are discussed with parents, parents' columns are set up in classes, information about classes and preschool education is conveyed to parents, and parents are invited to carry out garden-wide children's activities, such as small sports meetings, parent-child games and celebrating "June 1". At present, the parent committee and parent school in our park have played a great role. They hold regular meetings to discuss kindergarten work, brainstorm and put forward suggestions for the development of kindergartens. We listen carefully to the opinions and suggestions of parents, constantly improve and make progress, and strive to explore the best way of family education, so that the educational protection work in our park can achieve more gratifying results with the cooperation of parents.

Third, there are problems.

Looking back on the work in recent years, our park has achieved remarkable results and has been affirmed and praised by higher authorities, society and parents. However, compared with the evaluation criteria, we believe that there are still the following shortcomings:

In view of the above problems, combined with the actual situation of our park, we now put forward the following suggestions for improvement:

2. Pay close attention to the construction of teachers, attract talents through multiple channels, improve the teacher training system, strive to improve teachers' qualifications and quality, and improve the education level;

3. Build a learning kindergarten, strengthen the study of educational theory and scientific research knowledge, establish the awareness of teaching and scientific research of all staff, and have a strong learning and scientific research atmosphere;

4. With the scientific concept of development, further build a community platform, work closely with the community, and try our best to play an educational role with the community;

5. Further standardize the management of garden affairs, promote the management level to a new level, and enhance the overall strength of kindergartens.
