My major in college is hotel management, and I have worked in hotels, so I am a professional counterpart. There are also concierge training and situational performances at school, but when you get to work, there are different places or places that need other attention. To put it simply, what the school gives us is theory, which we should apply and revise in practical work.

In my daily work, I think the most frequent communication is with guests, which is very important. Because a large part of the guests' image of the hotel comes from the service of the hotel staff. For example, our concierge, I think concierge is very important to the image of the hotel, because we are the first service staff that guests come into contact with. When seeing the guests off, you should take the initiative first, and help them when you see more luggage, instead of watching coldly; Secondly, when seeing off the guests, don't be silent, communicate with the guests more, and maintain the image of the hotel in communication; Finally, send the luggage to the guest room, put it away, say goodbye politely and quit. In addition, some guests will ask questions about the surrounding tourism, snacks and facilities, which also requires us to know more about the surrounding environment.
