2. It is not easy to reach the length of the orchid, just take a deep breath as much as possible according to your own situation and breathe slowly. I held my breath to breathe like an orchid, but it was wrong.

3, yoga practice does not need to practice the whole set in one breath. When you are free, do your favorite movements several times and experience the feeling of stretching and relaxation, which will be more conducive to your health. Relax in tension and work hard without confrontation.
