The unit organizes training for political and legal police officers to strengthen their new practical ability. As the person in charge of the training course, I will first make a detailed training plan for the time, place and content of this training and submit it to the leaders for approval. After approval, I will divide the plan into three steps.

Pre-stage: I will give students some small tests to estimate whether they have mastered some simple skills. In view of this situation, I will hire some experienced veteran cadres and some professional teachers to give theoretical training to the students.

Mid-term: Through the theoretical training in the early stage, I believe that students have certain ideological resilience to some emergencies, so I will conduct some practical training again so that they can really handle some emergencies independently.

Later stage: I will evaluate the trainees' academic performance to find out whether the training has really mastered these abilities. Finally, I will draft a report on the evaluation results and submit it to my superiors for review. Finally, this scheme is archived for reference and improvement of similar training in the future.
