First, the U-shaped snowboarding training method in summer
(1) To achieve high-level technical ability on snow, it is fundamental to research and apply targeted and applicable land-based special training methods to promote the formation of snow technology. Land-specific basic training is the design of training contents, methods and means for micro-and ultimate micro-links designed for synthetic technology, in order to achieve technical goals such as skiing, take-off, posture and difficulty of aerial rotation, landing stability, etc., thus inducing the speed and strength of the sports (bones and muscles) system, and making it develop to the level of biomechanical ability that meets the technical goals of snow through long-term and repeated training.
(2) Design and application of classification training method.
In the research and design process of actual training methods, referring to the snow skills of the world's outstanding male and female athletes as a model, and comparing the influence classification of snow technical elements (taxiing, take-off, air difficulty and landing action), the land-based special simulation training method and training classification are designed, including more than 300 individual actions such as unarmed decomposition action, instrument training and comprehensive simulation training, and the video of action technology is completed. Among them, 40 sets of action techniques similar to snow action techniques were screened and optimized, including key points of sports techniques, difficulties in training targets, theoretical research on physical fitness matching and target effect, sports anatomy, sports biomechanics analysis, video image editing and so on.
Secondly, the summary of special training methods for snowboarding in U-shaped venues in summer.
Single-board U-track skiing is the youngest event in winter sports in China, with only six years' experience and limited summer sports training methods for reference. Therefore, the training methods studied in this project have great limitations compared with other projects. At present, the research is aimed at the technical elements in the snow, while the micro-implementation focuses on the accumulation of the basic ability of details. The actual training methods and means are few and not systematic enough. Coaches should strengthen their understanding of the theory that special basic training on land affects the technical relationship on snow, sum up previous training experience, and strive to innovate training methods and equipment application research. At present, there are few instruments suitable for special training, some of which remain at the level of simple machinery, and there are few training instruments with high technology content.
