5. 1 General requirements

Enterprises should plan, implement, operate, review and improve the documented intellectual property management system according to the requirements of this standard.

5.3 Prepare documented procedures, and specify the control required for the identification, storage, protection, retrieval, preservation and disposal of records. External documents and records of the intellectual property management system shall be controlled and ensured:

A) Effectively manage external documents such as administrative decisions, judicial decisions and lawyers' letters to ensure that their sources and acquisition time can be identified;

B) Establish, maintain and maintain records to prove that the intellectual property management system meets the requirements of this standard and operates effectively;

C) Integrity of external documents and records, and clear storage methods and storage period.

5.4 Consistency requirements

5.5 For enterprises that claim to fully meet this standard, all indicators of this standard shall be met. See appendix a for specific indicators.

5.6 For enterprises with high requirements for intellectual property management, they should seek to meet the indicators in Appendix B of this standard.
