Three-level training content:

2. Introduce the general situation of enterprise safety, including the development history of enterprise safety work, the production characteristics of enterprises, the distribution of factory equipment (focusing on matters needing attention near key parts and special equipment) and the organization of factory safety production.

3. Introduce the National Staff Code issued by the State Council, the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and various warning signs and signal devices set in enterprises.

4. Introduce typical accident cases and lessons of enterprises, common sense of emergency rescue and disaster relief, and reporting procedures of industrial accidents. General safety education is generally conducted by the enterprise safety department, and the time is 4~ 16 hours. The explanation should be combined with looking at pictures and visiting the labor protection education room, and easy-to-understand legal manuals should be issued.

Three-level safety training:

The so-called three-level safety training is mainly divided into factory-level training, workshop (department) level training and team-level training. The contents that students should master in factory-level training include but are not limited to: laws and regulations on safety in production; General safety technology and basic safety knowledge; Rules and regulations of enterprise safety production; Labor discipline and related accident cases.

The contents that students should master in workshop-level training include but are not limited to: workshop production characteristics and process flow; Main risk factors in the workshop; Main measures to prevent accidents; Typical accident cases and emergency treatment measures.

The contents that students should master in team-level training include: team production characteristics, working environment, dangerous areas, equipment performance, etc. Post operation procedures; Performance and proper use of labor protection articles.

Data expansion:

Three-level safety education and training is the most common training in enterprises and the most basic training in safety production management. However, because safety education is a normal enterprise management behavior, old employees will also be required to participate in annual or quarterly safety training and education. It is just one of the important targeted trainings that new employees in new enterprises and institutions must attend.
