Safety engineer registration materials include initial registration application form, copy of professional qualification certificate, copy of academic certificate, copy of ID card, three two-inch color photos on the front, physical health certificate, continuing education certificate and other audit materials.

Safety engineer registration information 1, initial registration application form (downloadable from the website of China Safety Production Supervision and Management Research Institute);

2, "People's Republic of China (PRC) registered safety engineer qualification certificate" copy;

3. A copy of the academic certificate that meets the registration requirements;

4. A copy of my ID card;

5. Three recent bareheaded two-inch color photos;

6. Apply for a health certificate issued by a hospital at or above the county level within six months;

7. Proof of continuing education before registration;

8, other materials or audit materials as prescribed by the provincial or departmental registration authority.

Safety engineer registration process (1) The applicant applies to the employer, and after the employer agrees, the applicant submits the application materials to the Ministry and provincial registration agencies as required; The central enterprise corporation (general factory, group company) can submit the application materials of the applicant of this enterprise directly to the General Administration of Safety Supervision after the approval of the General Administration of Safety Supervision; The applicant and the employing unit shall be responsible for the authenticity of the application materials;

(2) After receiving the applicant's application materials, all departments and provincial registration agencies make a decision on whether to accept or not, and issue a written certificate to the applicant; If the application materials are incomplete or do not meet the requirements, the applicant shall be informed of all the contents that need to be corrected on the spot or within 5 days. Fails to inform, since the date of receipt of the application materials is accepted. Departments and provincial registration agencies shall submit preliminary verification opinions and all application materials to the State Administration of Work Safety within 20 days from the date of accepting the application;

(3) The General Administration of Safety Supervision shall complete the examination and make a written decision within 20 days from the date of receiving the materials submitted by the departments, provincial registered institutions and the central enterprise corporation (general factory and group company). If the registration is approved, the practicing certificate and practicing seal shall be issued within 10 days from the date of making the decision, and shall be announced in the public media; If the registration is not granted, the reasons shall be explained in writing.
