Third, professional testing.
Testing mechanism
In 2007, our province still implemented the method of independent professional testing in colleges and universities under the unified management of the Provincial Education Examinations Institute. In principle, professional testing is allowed for art majors in colleges and universities. The examination time is from March 1 day to March 15, and colleges and universities must arrange professional tests within the specified time period.
In principle, professional tests are not arranged for art majors in colleges and universities, and the qualified scores (certificates) of similar majors in undergraduate colleges are adopted. Individual colleges (higher vocational colleges) that cannot correspond to each other must be approved by our province before professional tests can be arranged. The Ministry of Education has issued a bright notice that colleges and universities with poor performance in previous years will restrict enrollment in our province. Without the formal approval of the competent department of education and not included in the catalogue of art majors of the Ministry of Education, the enrollment institution shall not organize professional testing and enrollment according to the art category, and the certificate issued by the school without authorization is invalid.
Art undergraduate majors in colleges and universities in the province are independently tested or jointly tested by enrollment colleges. After the candidates' registration, the Provincial Education Admissions Examination Institute uploads the basic information of the province's art candidates online, and all institutions can obtain passwords from the Information Management Office of the Provincial Education Admissions Examination Institute for downloading. In order to test and grade papers fairly, colleges and universities should take measures such as hiring examiners from universities in or outside the province and exchanging scores among universities.
(2) unified test sites.
In order to standardize the management of the entrance examination for art majors, reduce the examination burden of candidates and better serve the enrollment institutions, Jinan, Qingdao, Yantai, Weifang, Jining and Linyi continued to undertake the examinations for art majors from other provinces, and in 2007, Zibo, Dongying and Heze were added to undertake the examinations for art majors from other provinces. All colleges and universities outside the province that have been approved to take exams in our province can only choose the above-mentioned unified test sites to arrange a professional exam. Admissions colleges and universities must sign a professional test agreement with the local admissions office in accordance with the requirements of the Notice on Relevant Issues Concerning the Entrance Examination for Art Majors in Colleges and Universities Outside the Province in 2007, and submit, review and confirm the test information of the school's art majors. The contents of the agreement should be specific, the responsibilities should be clear, and the professional testing information should be accurate and complete.
The examination of art majors in colleges and universities outside our province is under the unified leadership of the Provincial Education Admissions Examination Institute, and is organized and implemented by the Admissions Office of the city where the test center is located. The host city should strengthen the process management, seriously examine the discipline, and strictly follow the examination procedures in accordance with the requirements of the "2007 Measures for the Administration of Testing of Art Majors in Colleges and Universities Outside the Province". The Provincial Education Admissions Examination Institute issues key files (passwords) to approved universities outside the province, and institutions that have not obtained keys cannot organize professional tests in our province. Colleges and universities should keep key files confidential, otherwise the consequences will be borne by the school. University staff from outside the province who come to our province to sign an agreement and preside over the examination should bring the letter of introduction from the school admissions office, their ID card, work permit and the keys issued by our province to determine all majors in our school at one time. Anyone who entrusts our informal staff to come to our province to sign an agreement or take part in the test will not be accepted. During the examination period, the Provincial Education Admissions Examination Institute will arrange an inspection team for inspection.
(3) Network management
In the process of entrance examination for art majors, all links such as compiling examination information, registering candidates, arranging examination rooms and printing college admission tickets are carried out by using the program software developed by the Provincial Education Examinations Institute. After the test of each school, the Municipal Admissions Office shall provide basic information of the candidates who take part in the professional test of the school to the enrollment institutions.
(4) Admissions Guide
Colleges and universities with art enrollment plans in our province should submit the electronic version and text version of the school's art enrollment brochure to the Education Admissions Examination Institute of our province before the professional test, and announce it to the public through the school website.

After testing and marking, colleges and universities in the province will determine the list of qualified candidates for the professional test according to the enrollment plan of 1:4 to 1:5, and issue the 2007 certificate for the professional test of art (hereinafter referred to as the certificate). From April 7th to 9th, candidates will go to the county (city, district) Admissions Office where their registered permanent residence is located to confirm the candidates' categories and go through the registration procedures for the unified examination of cultural courses. After the completion of volunteering, the municipal admissions offices will submit the candidates' volunteer information to the Information Management Office of the Provincial Education Admissions Examination Institute before June 29.
Candidates who are also liberal arts majors can apply for the second batch of undergraduate courses, the third batch of junior colleges, the second batch of liberal arts or the second batch of science colleges.
Six, cultural admission control scores
The Provincial Education Admissions Examination Institute delineates the scores of the province's cultural admission control for art courses and majors; Independent undergraduate course art colleges set up outside the province, each major independently draws cultural admission scores; Shandong University of Arts and Shandong Institute of Arts and Crafts, in Shandong Province, the admission control score of arts and culture is less than 20 points, and each major draws its own admission score.
VII. Investment Access
Art undergraduate majors implement the method of linking cultural achievements with professional achievements. Candidates who have not obtained the qualified professional results of the reported institutions will not be filed. College (higher vocational) majors implement the method of filing according to cultural achievements.

Outside the province, there are independent art colleges, Shandong Art College and Shandong Arts and Crafts College, all of which enroll students according to the wishes of candidates. Schools are divided into cultural and professional admission scores to admit online candidates, and the remaining problems are the responsibility of the admissions institutions; The undergraduate majors of art in other universities outside the province are above the admission control score line of art and culture in the province. According to the candidates' wishes, the school admits online candidates according to the scores of culture and specialty. The remaining problems are the responsibility of the admissions colleges; Other undergraduate arts majors in colleges and universities in the province are above the admission control scores of arts and culture in the province. According to the candidates' willingness and cultural achievements, they will be admitted to the enrollment institutions according to the proportion of 1: 1.5 in the enrollment plan, and the enrollment institutions will be admitted according to the professional achievements from high to low. Majors with special requirements for cultural achievements can be admitted according to the sum of 70% of cultural achievements and 30% of professional achievements, or they can be admitted according to cultural achievements, but they should be announced to the public in advance in the form of enrollment regulations.
(2) Art colleges and majors
For colleges (higher vocational colleges) outside the province, according to the candidates' wishes, candidates with admission control scores above the province's art and culture will be admitted at one time according to their cultural achievements from high to low.
According to the examinee's voluntary and cultural scores, the undergraduate and junior college students (higher vocational colleges) in the province are admitted to the admissions colleges according to the proportion of the province's artistic and cultural admission control score line 1: 1, and are admitted from high to low according to their cultural achievements.
Schools that fail to complete the plan after the sequential voluntary admission of junior college (higher vocational college) will be randomly admitted by computer according to the number of vacancies and voluntary obedience of each major in the enrollment school, and the school will review the admission.
(3) Admission time requirements
Admissions institutions should complete the admission task within the time specified in the batch, and upload the admission information to the provincial education entrance examination institute on time. Otherwise, the Provincial Education Admissions Examination Institute will be regarded as all the admissions, and the remaining problems will be handled by the admissions institutions. Candidates are not allowed to change their grades once they are admitted.
(4) Notice of Admission for Freshmen
According to the admission list of freshmen, the admissions institution will send the admission notice of freshmen directly to the candidates themselves, and the rest will be handled by the admissions institution.
