Fu liked Latin dance when he was young and began to receive systematic training. Fu Qing began to practice Latin dance under the guidance of the teacher. On the stage, in the dormitory, and even on the roadside, Fu Qing should practice at any time as long as he thinks of the shortcomings in his movements.

From 65438 to 0989, he began to engage in Latin dance. He won the highest group Latin dance champion in Henan Province for ten times in a row and the national competition champion for three times.

Since 1992, Latin dance classes have been held in more than ten cities and places such as Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Kaifeng, Xinxiang, Pingdingshan, Nanyang, Jiaozuo, Anyang, Zhoukou, Xuchang, Shangqiu and Zhumadian, which have trained a large number of outstanding players for Henan Province.

1996 is a turning point and an opportunity for Qinghe. They founded the first children's Latin dance training center in Zhengzhou, named "Blue Latin Dance".

In 2002, Henan Qinglan Sports Dance Fitness Club was approved to register, and they raised 300,000 yuan to open the largest Latin dance professional training institution in Henan at that time in the Provincial Construction Workers Cultural Palace.

In 2005, he mainly planned and presided over the "Hongqi Canal Cup" national open dance and the 14th National Dance Championship in Henan Province.

In August 2006, he was the referee of Qinhuangdao National Sports Dance Youth Championship.

In August 2007, he was the referee of Hunan Sports Dance (ballroom dancing) Championship.

In 2008, he hosted the Henan Provincial Sports Dance Open "Dancing with Olympic colleagues", and Dasaite invited three pairs of Henan national champions to give wonderful performances, which were first-class competitions in Henan in terms of scale, level and grade.
