Five characteristics of C-03 trainer
This part tells you five characteristics of a good coach. I really want to say that training is also the Dojo of our practice. What are these five characteristics?

Self-confidence, passion, courage, great love and wisdom.

These five characteristics are the cultivation of our character, the cultivation process in a training activity, and actually a vocabulary of values.

The first one is about confidence.

Everyone is confident when they see the contents of PowerPoint. First of all, we should be familiar with the content, practice our training, set our training state and enter our training state.

As for the training state, the more familiar we are with the training content, the more we will continue to practice our training state, training personality, personality and training content deliberately, and then we will be more confident, because our ability will enhance our confidence.

Passion includes two aspects: 1 is the love of training, and the other is the love of students.

I want to tell you a story, the old lady Marilyn, the founder of Eriksson International Coaching Academy. The old lady is 75 years old now. Do you know how many days she lectures every year? A 75-year-old man teaches 200 days a year. I really admire it.

Why could she do that? Because she loves his training, her podium and her students, she can give lectures for 78 days without rest. What sustains her passion? It is her mission and her sense of mission to love training and students so much. She hopes that 3% people in the world can know that coaches can use coaches and benefit from them, so this passion is driven by a great mission.

Courage includes three aspects:

1 You should have an open mind.

Second, don't think of yourself as a star.

Third, cherish every training opportunity, because it is an opportunity for you and the trainees to learn together.

We usually have some psychological habits and want to maintain the authority of trainers. I am a teacher, and each of you must respect me. Students are not allowed to challenge themselves. If a classmate challenges us, our psychology may be unbalanced.

Here I want to tell a short story. I once studied Mr. Mato's Awakening, Leadership, Executives and Coaching Courses for a few days like Steve Jobs' coach.

This gentleman is very modest. Because the courses of leadership, executives and coaching were introduced to China earlier, he just introduced them, so his teaching habits were those of foreigners when we were in class. Actually, coming to China will still bring some challenges.

When we are listening to his class, some things that we don't understand, as well as the way he speaks, sometimes make it difficult for us to accept.

So our students will keep asking questions, challenging and questioning, but that gentleman will really give me a very humble feeling.

For students' questions, he has always been patient and calm to communicate with us and explain each of our problems.

In addition, if we regard ourselves as stars, what kind of psychology will we have? If we regard ourselves as trainers and stars, what kind of psychology will we have? Being held, right? What will happen to us if our students think we are not so great? We will feel uncomfortable, so what will happen if we are uncomfortable? If you are unhappy, you will want to fix it. They will even argue with the students, right?

Therefore, this kind of courage, this kind of courage to break through ourselves, this kind of courage to accept challenges, this kind of courage to admit our shortcomings, and this kind of courage not to regard ourselves as a star are all one of the qualities we should have as trainers.

Great love means trusting and thanking students. Great love means that every student actively participates.

However, paying attention to students' feelings, I want to share a short story with you. Speaking of trusting students, everyone knows that there are many front-line employees in the manufacturing industry, right? There are many employees with no education, especially those who are cleaners, such as packaging. Are they all uncles and aunts?

I would like to ask, when we talk about corporate culture construction, should we include them? At that time, when I was doing corporate culture construction with the company and discussing the company's mission, vision and values, I actually didn't say anything else. Many of our friends may not have a clear and profound understanding of the true content of the company's mission, vision and values, let alone find the body and mind of everyone in the company to understand the company's mission, vision and values. So I told this customer at that time, and I said that I would also hold seminars for some employees to create.

Do you know what the boss said at that time? He said, Mr. Yu, if you don't want those people to participate, you just have no culture. They have no idea what you are talking about, what is the mission vision, and what is the values.

Then I said, Manager Zhang, do you believe me? Do you trust your employees? You leave it to me, and everyone knows what the result is.

As a result, the company's final mission, vision and values were put forward by grassroots employees.

So what I want to tell you is that for your students, as long as you trust them, as long as you trust them, you can show what you expect.

This is also related to the mirror image of psychology, so the greatest love here is to believe in your student, his input, his wisdom, his creativity and his respect for you.

I believe that after one training, you can all gain a lot. Every time you train, you should be grateful to the students. Thank them for their trust in you and their problems. Appreciate the challenge they gave you. In fact, every time we interact with people and students, we should express your words and express our gratitude to the students.

As a coach, wisdom is of course creativity, professionalism and flexibility. As a trainer, if you give someone a spoonful of water, you have to have a bucket of water. Do you agree with this? Therefore, in fact, as a counselor, even as a psychological counselor, in my cognition and understanding, I am on a road of no return.

Because you will always have so much knowledge ten times and one hundred times more than others. Only by constantly learning in the major can we have endless creativity.

Another is the ability to be flexible, which depends on a lot of experience accumulation, experience and constant experience.

Our training will encounter different emergencies, and our teaching process is sometimes prone to deviation and interruption, so we should be flexible. We should have many opportunities to combine the actual situation of enterprises and our trainees, in other words, to teach in their language and interact with them, so that you can easily produce * * * sounds.
