"Academic education" refers to the students enrolled in accordance with the enrollment plan issued by the Ministry of Education and the implementation of teaching in accordance with the teaching plan approved by the education authorities. After students complete their studies, the school will issue graduation certificates and degree certificates uniformly printed by the state. In contrast, "non-academic education" refers to all kinds of training and further study. After completing their studies, the training department will issue corresponding certificates of completion. "Academic Education" has a high gold content, among which the five major academic education in general higher education is the most formal academic education recognized by the Ministry of Education, and the academic code and academic level are also compiled in the above order.

Non-academic education refers to all kinds of training, advanced studies and seminars, such as training courses, driving schools, postgraduate classes and postgraduate remedial classes, which belong to the category of non-academic education. Students participating in non-academic education who have completed their studies and passed the examination shall be issued a training certificate by the school or training unit, but non-academic education and training shall not be issued with certificates and diplomas confused with academic education.
