In terms of colleges and universities, Haitian University, an enterprise university jointly established by Ningbo Institute of Technology and Haitian Plastic Machine Group, the largest injection molding machine production base in Asia, was unveiled. This is the first enterprise university in the field of intelligent manufacturing jointly established by schools and enterprises in Ningbo. Haitian University will be established by Haitian Group and managed and operated by Nanjing Vocational College. The plan will build enterprise talent guarantee strategic system, talent training base, skill training base, business incubation base, Haitian Vocational Education Group (Alliance), national double-qualified training base and national training base integrating production and education.

Both schools and enterprises will revise the training plan of intelligent manufacturing talents in school-enterprise cooperation; Cooperate with * * * to build and declare the enterprise independent talent skill evaluation site and the national production and education integration base; Cooperate to establish an intelligent manufacturing human resources service center. The two sides will also cooperate in technology research and development services, jointly build government projects related to the declaration of scientific and technological achievements, and cultivate applied technical talents closely integrated with local economic and social development.
