Without activities, there would be no Young Pioneers. Team activities are the source of life for the survival and development of Young Pioneers. After the implementation of the new working hours system to adapt to the new working hours system, many problems have been raised for the work of the Young Pioneers. How to carry out Young Pioneers' activities under the new working hours? After careful research and thinking, I realize that the emergence of the new class hour system and the adjustment of team activity time actually provide a great opportunity for the brigade counselors to show their counseling art. The Young Pioneers' organization should construct a reasonable quality education model according to the scientific thinking of the Young Pioneers' education. After investigation, I found that the school's morning inspection and afternoon inspection add up to about 20 minutes every day. There are 60-90 minutes a week. During this period, 1/3 is used by the school, 1/3 is the red scarf special plan, and the rest 1/3 is the maneuver time. Often, this last 65,438+0/3 is often inadvertently ignored by us. On the one hand, time is tight, on the other hand, based on this idea, I thought of launching a "ten-minute team meeting", that is, using ten minutes of broadcast time to carry out team activities. During the activity, the content of the activity is carried out directly, and there is no team ceremony. Its biggest feature is short time, which can maximize the use of limited time, and at the same time conforms to the psychological characteristics of team members' knowledge, innovation and happiness. From the point of view of counselors, it is relatively easy to operate and can eliminate their fear of difficulties. Therefore, I think it is a good way to solve this contradiction. In order to broaden the educational channels of Young Pioneers, break through the time and space constraints, and cultivate the participation consciousness of team members and the independent ability of small cadres, the Young Pioneers of Anhuili Central Primary School have carried out the "Ten-minute Team Meeting" activities throughout the school since the first semester of 1997-98. And how to carry out the "ten-minute team meeting" is discussed theoretically. 1. The content design of the ten-minute team meeting (1) combines the key work of the school and designs the activities. At a certain stage, there is a specific central task in a certain period. Schools, classes and young pioneers should carry out a series of activities around the central work. The school brigade requires all squadrons to design the content of the ten-minute team meeting according to the key work in different periods. During the winter vacation this school year, the school invested hundreds of thousands of yuan to improve the campus environment and paint the walls in the building. At the beginning of the new semester, caring for public property and keeping the environment clean and beautiful became an important task of school education at that time. To this end, our school brigade requires all squadrons to design activities with the theme of loving the school and public property: some squadrons organize "I am on duty today", "Is this right?" Some ten-minute team meetings, such as sketches and cross talks, tell the significance of caring for public property and maintaining a beautiful environment, and help students develop good behavior habits. For another example, when our school's folk music group was preparing for a special concert and participating in the national cultural performance, a squadron held a team meeting to cheer up the members of the band and introduce the stage manners, such as you are great, little musician and folk music. This ten-minute team meeting really played a certain role in our school's successful holding of the first concert and winning the first prize of the national cultural performance! (2) Design activities in combination with chapter-to-chapter activities. To improve students' quality in an all-round way, we should not only change the educational concept, but also reform the educational methods, contents and channels. The Young Eagle Action is also the product of educational reform. It is an effective carrier for the Young Pioneers to promote quality education and a concrete embodiment of modern education. It emphasizes young pioneers' self-discovery, self-education and self-improvement. The setting of the Eagle Medal interested the young pioneers and allowed them to fully display their talents in the competition. 1. Activities to cultivate self-care ability. Now most students are only children, and their self-care ability is very poor. In view of this actual situation, some squadrons hold team meetings such as "I say goodbye to laziness", "skillful hands" and "financial management door" to train and cultivate self-care ability for different age groups. 2. Activities to cultivate self-study ability. Social civilization will develop at an unprecedented speed. Only by mastering the latest scientific and cultural knowledge through self-study can we better adapt to the increasingly fierce social competition. Some squadrons hold team meetings such as brain teasers, idioms solitaire and imitation competitions to cultivate students' self-study ability. 3. The activity of cultivating collective consciousness and learning to cooperate is an important part of Young Pioneers' education. Some squadrons held a two-person three-legged race. 4. Activities to cultivate autonomy: Some squadrons hold team meetings such as reviewing current events, facing setbacks, and captain in my mind to cultivate the autonomy of team members. 5. The limitation of ten-minute team meeting is that it is easy to dilute the effect of standardization of organizational construction. To this end, we require each squadron to hold one or two ten-minute group meetings with team ceremony and the history of the Young Pioneers team every semester. Every semester, the brigade counselors should listen to the theme squadron meeting of each squadron, focusing on the inspection of the joining ceremony. 2. 10 Minute Team Meeting Implementation Steps (1) The activity time is set scientifically and easy to manage. When setting the activity time, we should not only consider not being too frequent, but also pay attention to the relatively fixed time. We have streamlined the broadcast content, and set the broadcast time every Tuesday as 10 minutes for the team meeting, and no one is allowed to occupy it. (2) fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the squadron counselors. It is conducive to the implementation of activities, reducing class hours and increasing teaching tasks accordingly, which makes counselors in a passive position for the work of the Young Pioneers. In addition, the school teaching work is gradually systematized, the management is more standardized, and various charming activities are colorful. However, the activities of the Young Pioneers are not only short-lived, but also have no fixed model, which needs development and innovation. If you can't integrate your thoughts into your work, you can't start. Carry out "ten-minute team meeting" activities to simplify the team meeting that originally took a week or even weeks to prepare. Because ten minutes is more psychologically relaxing for counselors, it eliminates the fear of difficulties, and boldly allows players to conceive, design, organize, prepare, preside over and evaluate themselves to exercise their abilities, thus liberating counselors. It also mobilized their enthusiasm for supporting and participating in the "ten-minute team meeting" to a greater extent. (3) Improve the self-awareness of young cadres and the participation awareness of team members, and improve the quality of activities 1. The work is clear. At the captain training meeting, the brigade should announce the educational theme of this semester and the key contents of each month, so that young cadres can organize team members to carry out activities according to the actual situation of their squadrons. At the same time, we should take care that the "10 minute team meeting" has just begun, and the independent ability of team members and team cadres should be cultivated step by step, not overnight. Third, the organization and management of "10 minute team meeting". Scientific management is the guarantee to promote the effective implementation of activities. How to manage the unified team activity time of the whole school from the perspective of the brigade? To this end, I created a "double-track recording method", that is, there are two records of the activities of the * * * "Ten-minute Team Meeting", one is recorded by the classmate who presided over the activities, and the other is kept by the brigade. Every team meeting is recorded by a young cadre who goes to the squadron to attend the team meeting (every activity is attended by a team cadre from other squadrons), and the brigade counselor listens to the team meeting of a squadron every week for one semester. Through the feedback of small cadres and their own observation, we can basically know the situation of each squadron. At the team meeting time at the end of each month, each squadron summarizes the situation of this month and reports to the whole school through radio. At the end of each semester, the brigade will also select the best activity plan and participate in the selection organized by the school district. After a year's experiment, I deeply realized that "ten-minute group meeting" is an effective way to carry out the activities of the Young Pioneers. Take our school as an example: our school 18 squadrons held "Ten Minutes Team Meeting" 2 16 times a semester, and 83% of cadres and players at all levels presided over the team meeting activities; The autonomy of players and cadres is enhanced, which is manifested in the increase of the number of players who independently preside from 10% to 50%; The relevant team affairs are true and rich, which promotes the improvement of archives work. Through the "Ten Minutes Team Meeting" activity, our school initially solved the time problem of Young Pioneers' education, explored new educational channels, and cultivated the independent ability of team cadres and the participation consciousness of team members, thus achieving the fundamental purpose of this activity.
