The pre-job training for new teachers of Tianyuan District Education Bureau was successfully held in Jianning Experimental Middle School from August 20th to August 24th. As one of them, I was lucky enough to participate in this unprecedented rich course training. As a guide, let's move towards the future better.

In this training, first of all, I would like to thank Mr. Li Fang, the math teaching researcher of Tianyuan Primary School and the head teacher of our training class. She comprehensively considered many factors and carefully prepared a "gluttonous meal" for us. During the training, she accompanied us all the way to class, actively answered all kinds of questions for us, and had a cordial exchange with us between classes. Dear Miss Li, warm as sunshine, accompanying us.

On the afternoon of August 19, I excitedly walked into Jianning Middle School to report for duty. Time passed by, and finally, I quickly came to the new teacher training meeting. What will the next training be like? Seeing that the training manual is full of learning courses and tasks, I feel complicated, but in fact, the study in the next few days is pleasant and the gains are rich.

On the morning of August 20th, the opening ceremony was held first. What impressed me most in the opening speech was that director Tang Houmu talked about his understanding of education. He said that education includes three aspects in turn, one is healthy body and mind, the other is good quality, and the third is the knowledge and skills to settle down. Parents often say high marks. I believe that students with the first two virtues will naturally get grades. This understanding is also in line with the core literacy goal of Lide Shu Ren. To be a teacher by example, what we have to do is to constantly improve ourselves and set an example. Then came the safety lecture of Director Yang Mengkui. Teachers should first have a dual sense of responsibility and a strong sense of safety.

In the afternoon, we first studied "Teachers' Professional Ethics and Happiness in Life" by Dean Ding Wenping of Zhuzhou Academy of Educational Sciences. The profession of teacher is very complicated, but it contains more happiness. We should learn to enjoy its happiness. Dean Ding's last concluding remarks are deeply remembered in his mind, "Always do good deeds to cultivate Fu Lushou, and read more books to recuperate". Then I studied the "Professional Development of Teachers' Profession" by Shuai Xiaomei, vice president of Zhuzhou Academy of Educational Sciences. Dean Shuai's growing experience tells us that success can't be achieved casually, you must work hard to achieve it. And profoundly remind us that teachers are scholars and must read widely.

On August 2 1 day, two teaching modes in Tianyuan District were launched. In the morning, Teacher Peng Xinhua from Tiantai Primary School brought the cooperative inquiry mode and the exchange of "group cooperation". Fortunately, in the micro-course training in universities, the teacher is the guide to embody the group cooperation teaching mode, so he has a certain understanding of this mode, but this training reminds students that before group cooperation, students should first think independently.

In the afternoon, Li Huiling, a teacher from Baihe Primary School, introduced the "1233 guide rope" mode, which is a teaching mode that has never been touched before and sounds profound. However, the lesson plans that Mr. Li rewarded us in the course of lectures can be studied well. At the same time, after having a preliminary understanding of this theory, we need to continue to study and practice in depth in the future.

August 22nd ushered in the interpretation of mathematics curriculum standards and teaching material analysis. In the morning, Zeng Yuzan, vice principal of Tianyuan Primary School, explained the curriculum standard of primary school mathematics, and the rich teaching examples of principals teaching material analysis and Ceng Laoshi let us know that curriculum standard is the basis of teaching. In teaching, we need to guide students to keep thinking from beginning to end. Where does knowledge come from and why should we learn it? How do we apply what we have learned?

In the afternoon, Mr. Chen Jifeng from Jianning Experimental School explained the curriculum standards and textbooks of junior high school mathematics. The explanation of the young connection part of mathematics made me know the important position of primary school mathematics. As a primary school math teacher, I need to look at teaching from a developmental perspective. While imparting knowledge, I should also cultivate students' good mathematical habits and pay attention to the infiltration of mathematical ideas and culture for future use. Mathematics is so important, first of all, students should not be afraid of mathematics, and it is easy to learn. Then how can we do this in teaching? The next day's training gave me some answers.

On the morning of August 23rd, Mr. Luo from Baihe Primary School brought us wonderful magic training. From wonderful and interesting magic to revealing the mathematical laws behind it, and then to students' re-creation, we realized the fun and beauty of mathematics. In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, it seems that the morning passed quickly. As a teacher, I am attracted by such a magical teacher, let alone a student.

In the afternoon, I listened to the micro-lesson production introduced by Teacher Chen of Tianyuan Primary School and the geometric sketchpad taught by Teacher Li of Tianyuan Primary School. In the making of our mathematics courseware, adding some knowledge to the graphics or animations made by the geometric sketchpad can make the knowledge more vivid and intuitive, and students can accept it more easily. We should learn to use science and technology to light up the math classroom.

On the morning of August 24th, Teacher Li Fang personally brought us the sharing of class evaluation discussion, and told us her experience in class evaluation, guiding us to explore and improve.

This noon is probably the most exciting moment for the group, and each group is preparing for the afternoon teaching assessment in the intense tempering. The assessment topic is to choose from ten topics, prepare lessons for the whole group, choose a teacher to show, and send a teacher to evaluate a small group of micro-courses.

Time flies, and it comes to our demonstration meeting. Our group is represented by boys, showing the addition and subtraction of different denominator scores. The teacher who came to the stage and the teacher who commented on the class all spoke brilliantly and were worth learning. Li Fang, a teacher from Shangge Primary School, and Huang Shudong, a vice president, carefully evaluated the lessons for us. When it comes to the interpretation of knowledge, we should pay attention to the construction of knowledge, communicate the connection between old and new knowledge, and so on, so as to get supplementary learning again.

Finally, the graduation ceremony of our training. What makes me most nervous is the announcement that college graduates are assigned to colleges. I heard a familiar school and a familiar name. Why didn't my name come? My heart beat faster and I finally heard my name in Shangge Primary School. Although the dust settled, I still felt uneasy. I seem to have heard the name of this school only two or three times in my memory. So where is its specific location? What is the campus environment like? What about the teacher team? Wait a minute. A series of questions flashed on the way to Shangge Primary School.

Fortunately, when I started to meet and introduce the leaders, I was no longer in a trance, and my heart was still high, because I entered a warm family, and I believed that I could study, work and live happily in this warm family. The amiable President Ma and the leaders of all departments went to the graduation ceremony "home" to meet us, and specially prepared a car for us. On the bus, Ma Xiao asked the teachers who needed accommodation and tried to provide better housing. We walked into the warm campus, and Ma Xiao introduced the school to us along the way. When I walked into the conference room, it was full of delicious fruits from party member and the cordial greetings from the headmaster ... How could I not feel warm little by little?

The end of training also means the beginning of teachers' career. As a rookie, there are still many shortcomings in all aspects. I am willing to take advantage of the guidance of this training, dare to challenge in my future study and work, be down-to-earth and strive to grow!
