According to the notice, the main tasks include the following aspects:
(1) Continue to correct illegal charges.
Local civil affairs departments should carry out annual inspection reports and other work. The deployment of trade associations and chambers of commerce is strictly in accordance with the requirements of the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Further Standardizing the Charge Work of Trade Associations and Chambers of Commerce (No.21of the State Council), such as "no compulsory membership and charge", "no illegal charge by taking advantage of statutory duties and matters entrusted or authorized by administrative organs", "no illegal charge by appraisal", "no illegal charge by professional qualification" and "no service charge or repeated charge". Carefully check and correct all charging items in the current year, establish an annual self-inspection and rectification ledger, and ensure that all illegal and illegal charging problems found in self-inspection are comprehensively rectified.

(3) Continue to help enterprises reduce their burdens and get rid of difficulties.
Local civil affairs departments should guide and encourage trade associations and chambers of commerce to voluntarily reduce or waive membership fees and other fees for member enterprises with operational difficulties, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, and actively reduce the fees for fees with more surplus, so as to further reduce the burden on enterprises and stimulate the vitality of market players. (4) Continue to strengthen supervision and investigation.
Local civil affairs departments should further intensify daily inspections, administrative interviews, spot checks, supervision and guidance, unblock complaint reporting channels, announce complaint reporting methods and strengthen social supervision. We will continue to organize special spot checks on fees charged by trade associations and chambers of commerce in conjunction with development and reform, market supervision and other departments, increase the proportion of spot checks, clarify the focus of spot checks, and enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of spot checks. The problem of unreasonable charges found by trade associations and chambers of commerce should be classified and disposed of.
