According to the spirit of Notice of the Education Examination Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Relevant Matters Concerning the Examination Arrangement of Computer Technology and Software Professional and Technical Qualification (Level) in 2020 (No.24 [2020] of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), combined with the reality of our province, the relevant matters concerning the examination work of computer technology and software professional and technical qualification (level) in Anhui test area in 2020 are hereby notified as follows.

First, the exam settings

The first half and the second half of the 2020 computer technology and software professional technical qualification (level) examination will be held on June 7th and 8th. 165438. For the specific examination time, qualification name and subjects, please refer to Work Arrangement for Technical Qualification (Level) Examination of Computer Technology and Software in 2020 (attachment 1).

Computer technology and software professional and technical qualification (level) examination results are managed in a non-rolling way, and participants in the examination must pass all the examination subjects at one time before obtaining the corresponding qualification certificate.

Second, the application conditions

Anyone who abides by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC), abides by professional ethics and has certain computer technology application ability can sign up for corresponding professional categories and levels according to their own conditions.

Residents of Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan Province who meet the registration requirements can sign up for the exam.

Third, the application process

(1) Fill in the registration information online.

Applicants should apply for Anhui health code through the real name of "Wanshitong" APP before registration. Applicants are requested to log on to Anhui Personnel Examination Network () from 9:00 on July 20th to August 20th 10/6: 00, click on the professional and technical qualification examination service platform, select the corresponding examination and enter the online registration platform () for the national computer technology and software professional and technical qualification (level) examination. During the examination, carefully read the precautions for epidemic prevention and control, and register users and upload them according to the procedures specified in the platform.

Before registering and taking the exam, the applicants must use the photo review processing tool to review the photos. Only the approved photos can be recognized by the online newspaper system and uploaded normally, otherwise the subsequent registration operation cannot be completed. The registration photos will be used in the admission ticket, examination room seat map, certificate and certificate inquiry authentication system, and cannot be changed after being uploaded successfully. Please choose carefully.

Before payment, the applicant can modify the registration information by himself; After payment is completed, it cannot be modified. Please apply carefully. Applicants should operate in strict accordance with the process tips when applying for the exam, and pay attention to the notice of the online registration platform of the national computer technology and software professional and technical qualification (level) exam, the Anhui personnel examination network and the municipal personnel examination websites.

(2) Online payment

According to the national development and reform commission, the Ministry of finance 15, the provincial price bureau 12 17, and the provincial finance department's document 123, the examination fee is charged according to the standard of 68 yuan in each subject (including the part turned over to the state).

Candidates who have passed the photo review should log on to the platform before August 17 16:00, and pay the examination fee through the yeepay platform according to the payment process. Four, test center setting and admission ticket processing

The examination center is located in the seat of the municipal government with districts, and the standardized examination room is selected. Each examination area shall save the examination monitoring video data according to the required time limit. The Provincial Personnel Examinations Institute will summarize the registration information of the whole province, arrange test sites, arrange examination rooms and admission ticket numbers according to the registration situation. It is stipulated that the information points on the answer sheet should be filled in with 2B pencil as required, and those that are not filled in with 2B pencil or answered on the test paper are invalid. For the test subjects that require answering questions on the answer sheet, candidates must use black, blue and black signature pens, pens or ballpoint pens to answer questions in the specified areas. Answers beyond the area will not be graded, and the answers should be written clearly and neatly. If you choose to do the afternoon exam, you must fill in the topic box accurately, otherwise it will affect the marking and you will not be able to score correctly. At the same time, it is strictly forbidden to tear off the draft paper from the test paper or take it out of the examination room.

Candidates are only allowed to bring black, blue and black signature pens, pens or ballpoint pens, 2B pencils, pencil sharpeners, erasers and rulers into the examination room, and are not allowed to bring any books, notes, paper, calculators, newspapers, magazines, mobile phones and other electronic devices with communication, storage and shooting functions into the examination room. (3) The examinations will be arranged in Guangde and susong county.

The examinations in Guangde City and susong county City were arranged by Xuancheng City and Anqing City respectively. Please ask the relevant units to make good connections and arrangements.

(4) Other matters.

In 2020, the technical qualification (level) examination of computer technology and software specialty shall be conducted in accordance with the Examiner's Manual for Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination, Anhui Personnel Examination Rules (Wan Renshe [2013] No.2) and Anhui Personnel Test Center Management Rules (Trial) (Wan Renshe [2013] No.5) In case of violation of discipline and discipline in the examination, it shall be handled according to the Provisions on Handling Violation of Discipline and Discipline in the Qualification Examination of Professional and Technical Personnel (Order No.3/KLOC-0 of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security). Candidates should take good care of their own test papers and answer sheets (paper) to prevent others from copying and causing the same answers. After the examination, papers identified as identical by technical means are invalid.
