As shown in the figure, this is a schematic structural diagram of a relay. When the coil DE is energized, the electromagnet attracts the armature to turn off the normally closed contact AB and turn on the normally open contact BC at the same time. This ABC contact can create multiple groups in the relay, that is, there are multiple ABC's, all of which are synchronized at the same time. Your J0 normally open contact is connected to the BC of one ABC, and your J0 normally closed contact is connected to the AB of another ABC. So they are all synchronized at the same time.
