According to the requirements of the Notice of the Municipal Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters on Further Implementing the Current Epidemic Prevention and Control Measures in COVID-19, in order to continuously build a defense line for epidemic prevention and control, all the staff are reminded to further standardize the wearing of masks, the code of the place of sacrifice and sweeping, and other related matters as follows:

I. Scope and target of implementation

From now on, all personnel who are active in the urban area of our city must strictly implement prevention and control measures such as wearing masks and scanning place codes when entering or leaving the following places.

1. Medical institutions, hotels, shopping malls, supermarkets, farmers' markets, pharmacies, "three stops and one game", traffic checkpoints and other key places;

2 organs, scenic spots, libraries, museums, art galleries and other public places;

3 theaters, Internet cafes, dance halls and other indoor closed places;

4. Small shops, barbershops, restaurants, chess rooms and other business places along the street;

5. Outdoor places with crowded people such as open-air squares and parks;

6. Trains, buses, taxis, online taxis, car ferries in scenic spots and other public transport.

Second, standardize the norms of wearing masks and sweeping places.

1. Individuals should consciously wear masks and actively scan the place code in different scenarios such as traveling, going to work, spending in stores, going to crowds, and closed places;

2. All kinds of places should set up eye-catching and clear prevention and control tips at the entrance, arrange epidemic prevention supervisors to urge people to wear masks and scan the place code. If there are many people in the same trade, we should scan, highlight and check the code one by one. It is strictly forbidden to "scan the code by one person, and many people go in and out". For special people without smart phones, register personal information one by one. Those who don't wear masks or scan the code as required should be discouraged from entering.

Third, prepare enough epidemic prevention materials.

All kinds of places should regularly clean and disinfect public areas and facilities, strengthen ventilation, do a good job in personnel training, and prepare enough epidemic prevention materials such as masks, disinfectants and hand hygiene disinfection items. It is advocated to prepare a certain amount of protective articles and daily necessities such as masks and disinfectant for families.
