(2) The enterprise manager has more than two years (inclusive) experience in safety system management;

(3) 1 senior engineer, 2 engineers and 2 other technicians;

(four) more than 5 people (including) who hold the qualification certificate of the technical defense system;

(5) The registered capital is more than 500,000 yuan (inclusive).

Safety certification process:

1. application form for qualification certificate of design, construction and maintenance of safety technical prevention system (in duplicate);

2. A written application report;

3. A copy of the business license;

4. Brief introduction of the unit;

5. A copy of the property right certificate (or lease agreement) of the business premises;

6. Copies of qualification certificates, academic certificates, professional title certificates, identity cards and labor contracts of managers and technicians;

7, the main system equipment, inspection instrument list;

8. System quality management system;

9, system maintenance and repair service measures;

10, a copy of the performance report of the technical defense system (including the contract, the final account list of the system and the acceptance report).

When submitting the application materials, the original should be provided and returned after verification.
