According to Li Yi, the first batch of institutions listed in the white list were strictly audited according to the standard of "1+ 1+3", that is, fund supervision+school license+three important documents (guidelines for the prevention and control of normalized epidemic situation of off-campus training institutions, code of conduct for off-campus training institutions and Beijing private education and training institutions (provisional)), which are legal.
To promote the "double reduction" work, in terms of law enforcement inspection, members of Beijing-level special classes conducted joint law enforcement inspections on training institutions on weekends. On the one hand, on-the-spot inspection and review of clues such as media exposure; On the other hand, conduct on-site inspections of unlicensed training institutions. In view of the problems found in the inspection such as inadequate epidemic prevention and control measures and illegal online and offline training activities, the special class will report and deal with them in time.
