On-the-job employee training methods in enterprises
There are two questions, and I will answer them one by one.

First, staff training methods

There are six main ways to train employees:

1, full-time general culture training

2, on-the-job training

Conduct operation and qualification training according to the different requirements of each position.

3. Special training

In order to improve employees' professional skills and vision, targeted training on new equipment, new technologies, new management methods and awareness is conducted.

4. Full-time training

Send employees to colleges or scientific research institutions, or other large companies for full-time study.

Second, how to train all staff.

1 First, set up the training department of the enterprise, and set up full-time or part-time training liaison officers in subordinate departments. Establish a training management network.

2. Set a training time target for all employees, such as 50 hours of training time per person per year. The course includes at least three areas: awareness, skills and culture.

3, determine the enterprise staff training budget, which can be partially implemented in various departments.

4. Each department and the Human Resources Department determine the annual training courses and training methods according to different positions.

Including external training, internal training and departmental training.

5. Each department arranges internal training according to the plan.

6. The Human Resources Department is responsible for organizing and teaching internal training;

7. The lead coordination department of external training can be the responsibility of the Human Resources Department, or all departments can put forward information and demands at any time.

When training all employees, we must emphasize the following points:

1. All staff;

2. Targeted training;

3. Make full use of internal teacher resources;

4. Tracking and feedback of training effect.

5. Be sure to distinguish between incentive training and incentive training.
