Supervision engineer training certificate and supervision engineer certificate are not the same thing. The certificate of supervision engineer is obtained through examination and belongs to qualification certificate. Moreover, the training certificate of supervision engineer you mentioned should be an internal training certificate of the unit and cannot be used as a supervision engineer certificate. To obtain the certificate of supervision engineer, you must sign up for the annual supervision engineer examination and pass the examination before you can obtain the certificate.
