This book is a training textbook of Landscape Architects (for Trial Implementation) organized by Chongqing Bureau of Landscape Architecture and Chongqing Landscape Architecture Society, which comprehensively and systematically expounds the basic theory and technology of landscape planning and design. This book consists of seven chapters. On the basis of briefly introducing the basic principles and procedures of urban master plan, the main contents of urban master plan, and the history and styles of China classical gardens, European courtyards, Islamic courtyards, Italian Renaissance gardens, French and British gardens, this paper expounds the basic principles of garden aesthetics and the application of garden landscaping, as well as the tasks, principles, basic procedures and main contents of urban garden green space system planning, and emphatically introduces urban roads and square green spaces, residential garden green spaces and urban parks.
