Shenyang Metro Group Co., Ltd. is a large state-owned company that undertakes the construction and operation management of urban rapid rail transit in Shenyang. Its predecessor was Shenyang Metro Co., Ltd., which was established in April 2004 and renamed as Shenyang Metro Group Co., Ltd. in July 201/.
