In 20 18, under the correct leadership of the provincial bureau, the municipal party Committee and the municipal government, I conscientiously practiced Theory of Three Represents theory, always adhered to the policy of administering taxes according to law and strictly administering the team, and led more than 2,500 national tax cadres and workers in the city to unite and struggle, successfully completing various tasks throughout the year. I was awarded the title of advanced worker in the national tax system by the Provincial Personnel Department and the Provincial State Taxation Bureau. Looking back on the work of the past year, we mainly worked hard in four aspects:

First, strengthen study and keep pace with the times.

In my opinion, learning is a political responsibility, an ideological realm and a spiritual pursuit. In my study, I focused on three points.

(A) study theory, improve political and ideological literacy. Over the past year, I have always put the improvement of political quality in the first place, persisted in studying Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and "Theory of Three Represents" theory, persisted in integrating theory with practice, combined learning theory with improving the ability to observe and analyze problems, and paid attention to observing, analyzing and handling problems politically and globally; Combining with the reality of national tax work, creatively do a good job in organizing income, tax reform and cadre management; Combine it with strengthening the concept of party spirit, transforming the world outlook, outlook on life and values, and enhance the ability to resist corruption and change.

(two) study business, improve the ability of tax practice. As a national tax leading cadre of the Municipal Bureau, it is a necessary basic skill to be familiar with tax policies and laws. In order to improve my business level, I study tax business hard. If you encounter thorny policy issues in your work, ask your superiors for instructions in time, and consult some comrades who are familiar with business and experienced around you, so as to continuously improve your work decisions and reduce your work mistakes. At the same time, I consciously keep up with the requirements of the times, take the lead in learning to master computer operation technology, apply office automation system, understand the relevant knowledge of golden tax project, and also extensively dabble in economic, legal, management, history and other disciplines, constantly broaden my horizons, enrich my knowledge and consolidate my quality foundation.

(3) Connecting with reality and improving the level of overall planning. It is an effective way to improve the level of leadership to go deep into grassroots research and find answers in practice. Over the past year, I have spent nearly half of my time at the grassroots level every month, conducting in-depth and detailed investigations and studies on issues such as organizing income work, informatization construction, style construction of grassroots national tax units, and tax service. On the basis of fully grasping the first-hand information, research articles such as Thoughts on Tax Informatization Construction, Current Situation and Countermeasures of Work Style Construction in National Tax Department, and Focusing on Implementing Theory of Three Represents Thought in National Tax Department have been formed, which have been transformed into working ideas in time to guide work practice.

Second, do their job and work hard.

As the monitor of a class, I pay attention to the principal contradiction, take the overall situation into consideration, coordinate all parties, be pragmatic and do practical things.

(1) Pay close attention to the key points and do practical things. I particularly emphasize five enhancements, that is, strengthening law enforcement around organizational income: strengthening training around information construction; Strengthen inspection around tax law enforcement; Strengthen supervision around organizational construction; Strengthen management around service development. Especially in view of the difficulties in law enforcement, tax collection and task completion, I ask the national tax departments at all levels to carry out various tax inspections throughout the whole process of organizing income, ensure that all receivables are tax-free, strengthen the defense line of collection and management, promote the implementation of policies in place, and promote tax growth. At the same time, I paid attention to coordinating the relationship with party committees, governments, banks, finance and other functional departments at all levels, and repeatedly stepped forward to coordinate tax collection, which digested the burden of falsely collecting nearly 400,000 yuan over the years and improved the quality of national tax revenue in the city.

(2) Grasp the typical and seek practical results. Guiding the overall situation with examples is a working idea that I have been insisting for a long time. I attach great importance to discovering and cultivating targeted role models, and I have received the effect of lighting up a large area with a lamp. For example, in view of the abuse of power and arbitrary law enforcement, it has set a typical example for the county to implement the four-system tax law enforcement; In view of the large tax loopholes, a county (city) bureau is required to summarize and implement a unique tax management method; In view of the loose management of grass-roots sub-bureaus, we should grasp the creation competition of grass-roots demonstration sub-bureaus in the city; In view of the present situation of team building, the selection activities of five excellent teams, excellent directors, five series of experts and advanced workers have been carried out, a number of advanced models have been introduced, and nearly 10 on-site meetings have been organized to promote the work experience of advanced models in time, which has played a typical demonstration effect and promoted the overall work.

(3) Strict supervision and recording. Work focuses on implementation, and the key to implementation lies in leadership and supervision. Based on this, I presided over several meetings of the bureau party organization, studied and formulated the "Measures for the Annual Comprehensive Assessment of National Tax Work in the City", and set up a special assessment leading group, which was headed by me personally, and took the assessment results as the main basis for the year-end appraisal and commendation and the implementation of rewards and punishments. At the same time, the members of the bureau party group have a clear division of labor, and each person is responsible for supervising the work of 1 to two county (city) bureaus. Due to the strong supervision and assessment in place, all the work objectives throughout the year were successfully achieved. The quality of national tax revenue has been steadily improved, the overall speed of tax information construction has been accelerated, the trinity reform has been steadily put in place, the tax order has improved significantly, and the construction of spiritual civilization has achieved fruitful results. The city's national tax system has been built into a provincial civilized system, and the Municipal Bureau has been rated as an advanced collective of the national tax system by the Provincial Personnel Department and the Provincial State Taxation Bureau, and has been rated as an advanced collective of the national tax system by the National Personnel Department and State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China.

Third, unite and cooperate.

Unity is the source of the fighting capacity of leading bodies. Over the past year, I have insisted on giving full play to the collective wisdom of team members and completing various tasks. Mainly achieved three points:
